It accommodates up to 4 people. It is located in the back of my house, has divisive gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Warn about check-in after 9 pm, as they will be evaluated.

It has everything a guest needs for quick stays, as it has no laundry. Parking is on the street, in front of the property. The location is great, central neighborhood and also close to the port and adjacent companies. When there is no guest in the property below, you will be allowed to leave the car in the garage of the main house.
