Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.

Very nice, characteristic, special house in a nice place. Within walking distance of downtown along a beautiful river. Good contact with Ernesto. The kitchen is quite simple and a little older, making it less suitable for extensive cooking.

The space is exactly like in the pictures, it is located inside a very safe condo. The host was requested a lot, answering all questions and making it easy to check in. The house is very close to Jabaquara beach, to go walking. We like it very much.

The apartment is very comfortable , well furnished and decorated, for a pleasant stay. The condominium is inside a Marina and the place has a beautiful view. It is a few kms from the center of Paraty. I recommend the site.

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. We were able to take our pet without any problem or requirement outside the standards of a condominium. I recommend it to everyone who searches the region.

Once again we had good experience staying with Aline! The apartment was clean, organized and well located, close to the Perequê-Açu beach but Saturday we enjoyed Praia do Félix and then we came back to enjoy the pool of the condominium, which was also very clean. Aline, as always, was super solicitous and attentive, even showed us a great pizzeria! We have stayed with her other times and this time we found a home that served my whole family well. Everything was wonderful, we will definitely be back!

Second time staying in this apartment. We very much like the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to the center of Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that is a deterrent to rent again, but for the fact that I like this apartment that I make this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.

Estadia was otima, the description really matches what was found in the apartment, would go back there more often to enjoy the beaches of Ubatuba. You gave HomeOffice no noises, even though the apartment is close to the pool and downstairs, the ultimate suggestion for those who will have to fit the HomeOffice during the stay.

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

From the beginning, Vinicius was extremely attentive and responded quickly to our requests. The apartment is exactly as described and corresponds to the expectation. Comfortable, easy access, located in a great condominium. There is a marina in the condominium itself, so we didn't even have to go out to do boat trips, just go down, very practical. Excellent local, clean, well located, easy check-in and communication, air-conditioning work perfectly. It was super worth it. The only thing missing is that there is no filter in the kitchen, so it is necessary to buy water.
