Benvenuti a Ostana, uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia, situato in val Po di fronte al Monviso (3841 mt), la montagna più alta delle Alpi Cozie. La baita si trova a 1400 metri nella caratteristica borgata Sant'Antonio di Ostana, lontana dai circuiti turistici di massa. La baita ha una bella esposizione a sud-ovest, e dalla sua ampia terrazza si gode una vista spettacolare sul Monviso e sulle montagne circostanti. Nei mesi invernali, se lo desiderate, sarete avvolti dal calore del camino a legna.

Le balcon, la terrasse et le jardin offrent un spectacle panoramique sur le lac et les montagnes. La terrasse est équipée d'une table brasero, vous pourrez profiter de cet espace cuisson-extérieur et passerez des moments conviviaux autour du feu de bois. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory).
