The house is around 80 m² and offers plenty of space for two people. There is a large kitchen and dining area, a spacious bedroom, a private bathroom and toilet, Wi-Fi, private parking and a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the sounds of nature. This is not a polished or luxurious holiday home. It is simple, rustic, full of character and a little quirky — and that is exactly what we love about it. Wooden floors may creak, an old door may need an extra push, things are not always perfectly straight, and you will notice the little imperfections that come with an older countryside house. If you are looking for sleek interiors, designer furniture and hotel-style perfection, this may not be the right place for you. But if you enjoy authentic places with personality, quiet mornings and the feeling of being far away from everyday life, you will probably feel very much at home here. The house sits in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by trees and greenery. The arboretum gives the area a special atmosphere, with birds, changing colours and plenty of nature around you. Inside, the house is comfortable and practical rather than luxurious. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking, long breakfasts or dinner at home. The bedroom is large and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere is warm, informal and lived-in. Outside, the terrace is a lovely place for a morning coffee, an evening drink or simply listening to the birds. Nights are generally very quiet and dark, making it a wonderful place for stargazing. Outside there is a 12 m2 terrace with table, chairs, shower and sanitary area. Breakfast not included and upon request.
