You access it through a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring.
