For shopping, it is 5 minutes by car to the beaches and hotspots of the island about 20 minutes. The natural stage of Ralswiek (Störtebeker Festspiele) is only 2 km away.

The half of the vacation home is in the small district of Zaase surrounded by meadows and fields. The newly furnished apartment and the cozy terrace invite you to relax or have cozy barbecue evenings. The property is connected with a bike path to the ports of Schaprode and Wittower Fähre. A treat! When you open the loggia door to the park, the birds wake you up in the morning. From here, you can reach the Bodden with a sandy beach and enchanting sunset in 10 minutes. Or in 5 minutes at the Störtebeker Festival. The Baltic Sea beach is 20 minutes away.

Through large windows you can look from all sides into the wide sky and at meadows and forests.

In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
