Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pareklisia

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our stay was wonderful. The place looks even better than the photos. Nicolas and his mother was a great hosts and helped us with everything you needed. we definitely would love to stay there again!!! Thank you Nikolas

Appartement très agréable. Petit supermarché proche. Quartier calme. Belle vue, jusqu’à la mer et ses couchers de soleil. Alena est très accueillante. Prête à nous renseigner et à nous aider si besoin. Très agréable séjour.

Cudowne miejsce do odpoczynku. Z tarasu rozprzestrzenia się piękny widok na okolice. Spacerując po miasteczku czuć niepowtarzalny klimat Cypru. Gospodarz jest komunikatywny, miło nastawiony do gości, bardzo pomocny i troskliwy. Oprócz jacuzzi podczas wizyty była możliwość skorzystania nawet z masażu. Z czystym sercem mogę polecić ten nocleg innym! Miło będzie kiedyś tu wrócić!

We had a very pleasant stay! The jacuzzi was really good Everything was clean and there was plenty of space. We also had a barbecue and were provided with the barbecue grill. Definitely a very good choice!

We liked the place in the middle of Limassol. There is enough space to park two cars, you’re at the beach in a few minutes. You can reach everything by car within 10 minutes, but you can also walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We were the only ones using the pool.

This villa was in the perfect location for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and lots of options around. We have 4 children age 6 and under and the villa felt safe for them and had everything that we needed. I didn’t feel that the villa was as clean in general as it could have been, however this was a small issue in an otherwise wonderful holiday. I would happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay in David’s beautiful home! Plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom! Great for couples traveling together! I did not feel like I was invading someone’s home! This was a wonderful vacation villa. Pool and hot tub clean and ready to use!

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

I’d like to start with the bottom line of our stay at this Cyprus property — we had a great time! As a big family of 12 people, spanning three generations (the youngest being 14 years old), the house offered enough rooms to ensure everyone could have their own space, while also providing plenty of common areas — both indoors and outdoors — for us to gather, relax, and enjoy meals together as a family. Marissa, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. She was always quick to respond to questions and offered great local recommendations, which definitely enhanced our experience. It should be noted that the beds were not particularly comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. The kitchen could use a few more utensils to make meal preparation easier. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property!

Mario's place is so beautiful. The location alone is stunning. The house has everything you need and is so clean. My dog loved it as well , as the yard is so big and gated so I didn't have to worry of him getting out. Mario's is very friendly and responsive as well, I asked if we could check in earlier and he was so accommodating. I will definitely be back.

My family and I we had a lovely time at Zoritsa's place. Zoritsa is a lovely person that cares about you and does all she can to make you feel at home. From the beginning, she was very easy and friendly communicating and showed great flexibility, which was also very appreciated taking into account that we stayed with a 4-years old child. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Limassol and was pristine clean with all the ammenities you might need for your stay. The swimming pool and the beach were a blast for our child, and a big supermarket, restaurants, farmacy and bus stop that takes you directly to the city centre are around the corner. The parking spot for the car is right next to the entrance of the building which is quite convenient. We will for sure repeat again when we have the chance! Thank you so much for everything! :)

Apartment is great and location is perfect. Finikoudes beach is popular and active, but bedrooms are in the back of the apartment away from the street, so street noise not an issue at all. Stephanie was very responsive and checked-up on us to ensure all was ok during our stay. Apartment was very clean. Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir verbrachten unsere letzten Urlaubstage in dieser Unterkunft und konnten uns im schönen Außenbereich herrlich entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit Nikos war einfach, schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der abseits der normalen Touristenorte eine ruhige traditionelle Unterkunft in einem schönen Dorf sucht und hier eine schöne Zeit verbringen will.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this mountain retreat. It is a historic house with lots of charm - and the views are simply fantastic. It's south West facing so gets wonderful sun - and sitting on the terrace looking out over the pool and valley is a memory we will keep forever. Andreas was very helpful with instructions for finding the property and recommendations for what to do locally and a really wonderful local taverna. Plenty to see in the local area. We would highly recommend :)

Wir haben die Zeit in Kallia‘s Haus in dem kleinen Örtchen Cholou sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben, besonders die Küche empfanden wir als sehr gut ausgestattet, zudem wird man mit einer kleinen Jause im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Nagyon jó elrendezésű lakás. 3 külön bejáratú hálószoba, jól felszerelt konyha, tágas nappali, nagy erkély. Megfelel a fotóknak. Minden tiszta volt és kényelmes. Öten voltunk, kényelmesen elfértünk és otthon éreztük magunkat. Különösen tetszett, hogy nem kellett kukába gyűjteni a toalettpapírt, hanem a wc-be dobható. Bármikor visszatérnénk ide.☺️

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

חמישה לילות שהינו בוילה כריסטינה ,שלושת ילדי ,חברה ואני ,חמישה בוגרים סה"כ. הוילה התאימה לנו בול לאופי המשפחתי שלנו ומייד הרגשנו בבית. המטבח מאובזר במיוחד ,השירותים נקיים מאוד ,החדרים נוחים והמצעים והמגבות מריחים טוב. הבריכה היא פינוק אמיתי ,לא היה יום שלא נכנסנו לתוכה וחוף הים היה נפלא. כל הבית היה מתוחזק מאוד ושום דבר לא היה חסר ,עד הפרט הקטן ביותר כמו שנאי לחשמל. הוראות מדויקות מאוד לכניסה ויציאה מהנכס וכל שאלה שהיתה לנו נענתה מיידית עי כריסטינה. אם אתם ללא רכב ,כמו שאנחנו היינו ,תוכלו לבקש מכריסטינה את מספר הטלפון של ג'ורג ,נהג מונית מנוסה שעשה לנו את החופשה לטובה בהרבה.יש לו אנגלית מצוינת וידע הסטורי וכללי נרחב.לגורג יש מונית גדולה. ללא ספק אמליץ לחברי על וילה כריסטינה.חופשה רגועה,משפחתית מושלמת.

Perfekte Wohnung, sehr schön eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Sehr schöne, große Terrasse. Super Lage in der Innenstadt und fußläufig zum Meer. Da die Fenster undicht sind, empfehlen sich für sensible Menschen Ohrenstöpsel für die Nacht und warme Kleidung für den Abend. (Ich bin kälteempfindlich und mein Mann lärmempfindlich) Wir kommen gerne wieder und ich habe die Wohnung bereits an meine Chefin weiterempfohlen.

אהבנו מאוד את הבית. התאים לנו מאוד לסופשבוע משפחתי. המטבח מאובזר, והתאים לבישול כמו בבית. החלל המשפחתי, סלון, פינת אוכל, גם בתוך הבית וגם בחוץ, מרווחים יותר מאשר בתמונות. הבריכה המחוממת הוסיפה מאוד לאווירה והיה נעים לשחות בה, למרות הימים הקרים של מרץ, בהם התארחנו. השקיעות מחצר הבריכה היו מדהימות. יש צמוד לבית חנייה פרטית. מומלץ להזמין רכב שכור. רכב חיוני למי שרוצה לטייל. במרחק הליכה יש פיצרייה טובה מאוד ובמחירים סבירים. המינימרקט לעומת זאת יקר מאוד. ממליץ בחום לקנות בסופר גדול מחוץ לשכונה את הדרוש לכם. המארחים מאוד זמינים לכל נושא. יש בבית חוברת מלאה במידע. גם לדברים שקשורים לתפעול הבית, וגם המלצות לטיולים ומסעדות. הכל מתנהל מרחוק, ע"י הודעות וטלפונים. לא פגשנו את המארחים שלנו במציאות. לי זה היה חסר. תהנו!

Z mieszkania jest przepiękny widok na wschody słońca <3 Mieszkanie jest czyste i posiada wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia :) Kontakt z właścicielem jest super :) Z mieszkania jest wszędzie blisko, czy to nad morze na wschód słońca albo nad słone jezioro gdzie w styczniu zimują flamingi :) Bardzo polecam tego gospodarza :) <3
