Great place stay, very beautiful view and apartment is exactly or even better than in the pictures.

We totally enjoyed the apartment and specially the beautiful views.

The accommodation was very good. Although the location seems strange to those who don't know Natal, the place is very quiet and safe. It has a garage, but on several nights we left the car on the street and never had any problems. It's very close to the beach (just down a staircase of about 100 steps and it's on the sand), but it's far from the black-tipped center. For those looking for tranquility and staying close to the beach is an excellent option. We always had support from Ana and Maria when we needed it and really the place was like in the pictures. It is glued to the hill of the bald which is also very good.

The host was very kind. It was all like in the ad. The internal environment of the hotel is very cozy, the apartment was impeccable, I have nothing to complain about when it depended on the accommodation. I had a bit of difficulty with the very steep hills, returning to the extremely tired apartment; and the distance from the beach, after the fattening the sea was very far away, but it is not something that depends on the host. Only information for those who do not know the beach, if you are not by car and I had difficulty locomotion, think well before going.

Good location, the flet has everything we need , in addition to the Sol service that felt like it was my grandmother's home.

Great location, excellent cost-benefit. The apartment is very comfortable. The fridge wasn't cooling much, but the freezer solved it.

Unfortunately I made the reservation on the wrong date and despite the host's goodwill didn't work and I didn't stay in the house!

Amazing villa!!! There is not much to be said about the listing. Strengths: location, communication with host, good structure. Negative points: some items such as washing machine, brooms were damaged (I think because of previous guests, but when we told the gustvo the same was very thoughtful.

The apartment was spotless! Clean and smelling. It's exactly like in the pictures! Renato was super kind and helpful in communication and problem solving! We would definitely return!

The space is well divided, comfortable, wide and super well located, with a beautiful view of the balcony, and in front of the entrance of the downtown beach. To get to Baia dos Dolinhos Avenue, a steep slope must be climbed. The flat has 24h concierge and rotating garage, in which the key must be delivered to the reception desk. The breakfast is paid separately, in the amount of 30 reais (in October 2024), very varied and with many options. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen equipped with a minibar, capsule coffee maker and boiler. The shower is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal apartment for those who want to make the center of Pipa on foot. Mega differential have an on-site parking, but prepare to be approached by 300 people until you get there, don't stop. The location on the map takes you to the street next door, needing to return for 15 minutes by car because it is opposite, this needs to be corrected. The resort is very beach and nothing luxury, it has everything you need to relax and the opportunity to have coffee (30 reais) there right next to the terrace pool. Gostei a lot :) Elara is an excellent host, it treated us well and helped us find some tours, it has several contacts and is super responsive. It would return for sure

Wonderful apartment, comfortable, clean, sleeps 4 people easily. Part of the kitchen has everything. You can make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a convenience store inside the condominium where you can make the necessary purchases. Wonderful laser area with 4 heated pools. Restaurant in the leisure area until 10 p.m. Playroom, game room, beauty salon, whirlpool room. Priscila Anfritian was wonderful, giving us her full attention. Extremely safe condominium.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, cozy and well located without counting the amazing view. Everything went perfectly during my stay. Host Ivone was super solicitous and attentive, always available to help with whatever it took. I highly recommend the AP and would definitely host again.

Very good accommodation, you only want to clean the pool. Plus the apartment excellent cost-benefit. It is not the first nor will it be last lodging. I recommend it.

Great place to stay , a good location, there are little bars nearby for those who like to enjoy the night . The site was clean and well-organized, reception staff are well-educated. The hosts were very flexible, gave tips on things around the flat and responded very quickly. I and my cousin love it, we will definitely return .

My stay was super smooth and pleasant. With great location and kitchenette, super met my demand with a small child. The contact with Sara was gentle and quick. The staff at the venue were also very kind.

Amazing Flat, all very clean, organized and very well located. Diogenes is a great host, helped us by pointing out tours, places, and was in contact all the time to find out if we needed anything. We had a little unforeseen with the internet that was oscillating all the time, but Diogenes promptly solved this. Excellent location, neat and tidy, cozy... Waking up with the view over the bald hill and a table on the balcony to admire the view of how much coffee we were drinking was too perfect! and the host was a cute, left a momo for gnt and responded to us quickly! we sure will be back!!
