At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Our space is ideal for those who want to rest from their daily routine.

The Space Need to rest and connect to nature? Our little house has everything you need to spend days of rest in a simple and cozy way. The space is ideal for up to four people. We have WI-FI, kitchen with cooktop and utensils. The place Serrinha do Alambari is a neighborhood of the city of Resende that lies between the two main tourist centers of the region. Our home is 20 minutes from Penedo and 50 mins from Visconde de Maua.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
