New Space with basic amenities. We miss some kitchen items, especially in a longer stay and it is customary to cook. Beds are comfortable as well as kitchen chairs and sofa. An excellent proximity to the beach.

Local with a wonderful view of the sandy beach and part of the big beach, a very large and spacious place, great location and close to good restaurants and the beach. Thiago was very requested and always responded very quickly. The building's caretaker, Rose, was very sweet and friendly, always willing to help and give tips about the city. I highly recommend the place.

The apartment is new and has everything we need. Good bed and showers and air-conditioning in the rooms working perfectly. The leisure area of the building is fantastic. It has a nearly 360-degree view. I will return

We were staying for two weeks at the Brisa house. The excellent location, very close to the sea and the Mampituba River Rim Rim which has been revitalized , getting very beautiful and delicious to walk or simply sit and enjoy the scenery with great restaurants . Communication with Marina was quiet, check in with perfect Loreci. It is a large, airy house, closed patio, safe place, has everything you need for a stay. In the back has a very nice space with large kitchen, laundry and one more bedroom with bathroom. Closed garage. We definitely indicate the Brisa de Marina house.

very good, quiet and safe place, very close beach, the house is very comfortable for 6 people, has 3 pools, small medium and a large one and has a block within the condominium. There are small markets nearby, and others larger for about 10 minutes. We like it very much and we will be back.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Thank you so much for your stay. We love everything and the city. I highly recommend it! An abration for you Luciana!!!

Tatiana's apartment is exactly like the pictures. It has a great location, 1 block from the beach; very close to the center and to markets. We feel well trimmed in all aspects, as the apartment despite being compact has everything, including chairs and umbrella. It is well ventilated, has a ventilator in the living room and has air conditioning in the bedroom that is upstairs, which made it very easy on hot days. We were 2 people in the apartment and the experience was very good. Communication was easy and Tatiana was very dear and helpful. We'll be back for sure

Lovely apartment, much nicer than the pictures. It had all the amenities and more. The area is great, close to the beach, restaurants and mini markets. If we go back to Torres, it will definitely be to this apartment!

Great stay. Super friendly and helpful hamlet. The very cozy apartment, space and comfortable. but I think an extra air conditioning in the apartment or suite would help to relieve the heat, as it was a little muffled by the sun that was taking the building all day. The city has fans but I believe an air conditioner would be better. Other than that, everything is a 10. Quiet environment, great location close to the gas station and market, place in mind. Gratitude for the stay and kindness I hope to return.
