An arm of the Fuy River passes by the back of the house, which has water for most of the year. It dries up in January, February, March, April, and May. Sometimes it can be a little longer during the year. It has water again until October. It is relative. The cabin is located approximately 100 meters from the road.

On the first floor there is ample space where there is the kitchen, living room, dining room and hot tube. In the mezzanine is the main room with a 2-plaza bed.
