Beautiful environment, the apartment is not far from the city center but there is a nice climb! At least two small armchairs are missing to land after a day of activity. Similarly on the terrace, no sun loungers or comfortable seating to observe the beautiful view. Very warm and responsive staff.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable, the photographs clearly reflect the place, direct access to the lake via a staircase, from the cabin are 29 meters to the lake, private beach, the entrance to the lake is soft with a sandy bottom. The sign of Entel does not reach the cabin well, it only reaches the terrace and 5G on the beach, we solved with a chip won that arrived very well at the cabin. The place has satellite TV with channels where good films pass, the lawn is as you see in the photographs, an excellent place 5 min from Pucon. We had a great time and the kind attention of the host who was attentive at all times is appreciated.

Sebastian's house is within a very nice and quiet urbanization, you can easily walk from downtown, the house is also very nice, everything organized and clear to be able to check in without a problem and at any time you want. Once in place, you feel like in the home of a family member who left you the key, everything super clean, tidy and comfortable. 10/10!

Excellent house and plot, with all the necessary amenities, a quiet and relaxing place, ideal to disconnect and connect with nature. Mrs. Sonia and Toño are excellent hosts and Walesca was always attentive and concerned about us. We had a great time, the house was very suitable for all of us, seniors, young people, young people with reduced mobility. Totally recommended!!!!

Experience of tranquility in contact with nature and a beautiful view. Paula is a very good host, attentive to our requirements, warm and close. She is an artist and has a beautiful home, full of details that make you feel at ease. Nearby, always by car, there are beautiful local handicrafts and gourmet products in an excellent local market, which does not make it necessary to go down to Pucón to supply. It is appreciated that we were able to go with our dog son who I really enjoy it. Keep in mind that due to the characteristics of the house and the land, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children.

I loved Carolina's house, it has all the amenities you need, it is bright, it is impeccable and beautifully decorated, a modern house, very quiet, surrounded by trees, ideal to rest, it has a very diverse library and available to read whatever you want, it has 2 kittens and 2 dogs that are part of the environment, for my children and husband it was a pleasure to live with them. It is located in “Nueva Braunau”, in a sector of plots, away from the noise, a very safe sector, the access is dirt and stone (a short stretch), but strategic to go out and visit other towns, it is important to bring food to stock up because it is not a sector to go out and buy walking. We will definitely return to this beautiful house on a future trip to this area. A wonderful stay with my family on our summer vacation. A special mention to Doris and her daughter Josefa who were attentive to what we needed.

The host was always very attentive, providing clear directions for both arrival and use of household implements. The place is quiet and friendly, it really feels like home. 100% recommended. I would go again.

The location is good, it has all the amenities, good furniture. It's on the 1st floor by stairs and 1 bedroom is one floor up with a private bathroom. Everything is very spacious and with good lighting from the outside. Good heating

The house is new and super equipped, just as shown in the photos. Being on the mountain is amazing the view. If you go in winter, go with a van

Lovely stay in a quiet, safe, and beautiful environment. The cabin is thoughtfully designed with a well equipped kitchen. Wifi is mostly strong although weather seemed to impact this occasionally. Vincente and his family were friendly and provided clear instructions on how to access the Airbnb. I highly recommend having a car as there is an uneven and narrow drive way a little over half a mile from the nearest bus stop. Buses are relatively frequent to get into Castro but rain and early airport arrivals make this location less ideal without a car. Vincente and his family graciously picked me up from a bus stop outside Castro and drove me to the airport at the start and end of my stay. The buses were sufficient for me to get to and from town but a car offers a lot more flexibility to tour Chiloé. However, for those looking for a city break and need time to relax/write/ recover this place is great.

Amazing place, Maritza was great at communicating and worked hard to resolve issues / concerns promptly. Check in & check out communication was accurate and timely. The house is stocked with a lot of things and amenities which is nice. It’s close to many restaurants and bars plus coffee shops. Would highly recommend the place and Maritza as the host.

Lucas is very friendly, always available when we needed something. The place is very comfortable and cozy. if you want to spend a few days in Plaza Huincul this is the perfect place to stay. I recommend it 100%.
