We were satisfied with her attention and goodwill in fulfilling our requests, made our check out times more flexible, lent bath towel that we forgot. The house was clean and the accommodations were as disclosed in the listing itself. The house is on a secluded street, has a slope, but is very close to the center, less than 10 minutes.

The house is exactly as Sulamytha described it. Extremely clean, with everything that is described in the listing. The place is very peaceful, for those who want peace and silence it is perfect. Sulamytha responds quickly, answered all our questions. I recommend the place.

I stayed for 4 days and had a very good experience. The apt is ideally sized, is extremely comfortable, accommodations in the ideal size, good utensils and appliances, an excellent refrigerator along with the kitchen structure. The location is also a positive point, as it is very close to the center, with easy access via 99 ($7.50 average) and a bus stop in front. Another interesting point is security, since there is a post of the Security program Present right in front. Also, there is a market and pharmacy nearby. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, allowing a more flexible check-out, which was a positive differential. The only downside was Wi-Fi, which works through a router repeater from the host store. We stayed 2 days with unstable internet access, but the other 2 days worked well. This could be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it is a great accommodation, well located and comfortable.

Isabella's apartment is even more beautiful and comfortable than in the pictures. It has everything you need for a great stay. Isabella is very kind and polite. We need to leave the luggage before the check in time and she promptly answered us. All very clean and fragrant. The view from the windows are beautiful. We did everything on foot as although it is not exactly in the center, it is all close and the tour is very pleasant. We spend very quiet days and with great comfort. Excellent!

It was great the days we spent in Eduardo's apartment. The communication was great and everything was according to the description of the listing.

The apartment is ventilated, new, exactly as in the pictures. The host is polite and made available. It is located in the Avelar district, approximately 20 minutes to the Centro de Paty do Alferes and 40 minutes to Centro de Miguel Pereira. The neighborhood is quiet and familiar. We spent an excellent carnival holiday there.

The accommodation matches the photos of the apartment. Everything clean and tidy and functioning perfectly. Carla responded promptly to all my messages. It was very attentive and also gave tips from Miguel Pereira. The apartment is on a quiet street and very close to commerce, restaurants and sights. Check-in was smooth and so was check-out. All perfect! We love the city and we intend to go back and stay with Carla again.

The stay was good and quiet, the location of the studio is excellent, I went by car and did not have to use it, I left it in the parking lot we walked, with a lot of tranquility and security, in the city even at night.

The location is also excellent, very close to shops and with easy access to both Itaipava and Petrópolis — all within 15 minutes by car. Communication with host Bárbara was impeccable: always quick, attentive and helpful, taking away all my doubts very kindly. I had already read in the comments about the bathroom being small, so I was prepared, but I still found it smaller than I expected. It didn't bother me at all, but it might be something to consider depending on the guest's profile. Overall, it was all amazing and would definitely be back !

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.

The room is according to the description, well located, close to the bus stop, shops, supermarket, restaurants, snack bars. You can walk to the imperial museum. I did everything walking :) Neli is super friendly, the room is comfortable. Worth the cost benefit. Thanks Neli for seeing me.

We had a great weekend. Ana is an excellent host. The apartment is exactly as described, clean, organized and comfortable. The place is amazing. Contact with nature, good for walking, great for sports and the shower is the icing on the cake. We left with recharged energies. The restaurant is great and we didn't need to leave for anything.
