Detailing the excellent place, the shower with the natural pool and the river are the main attractions, plus it has a cold and heated pool. The restaurant's food is good. I found the space with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas around the little Duchão, it was very full all morning and we ended up not sitting down. The river was calm, good para.criancas, but it has no life-saving, which can be a risk in case of a water trunk. The cold pool had saved lives.

Wil was a great hostess, he always answered me and with a lot of courtesy . The apartment is very well equipped and decorated . All for a perfect stay. I am and intend to return soon .

We went to a festival in the park of itaipava and the location was perfect for it. There were restaurants around and it was possible to walk to the event. The apartment was clean and ready to welcome us. Margarete left water and some cookies that saved our arrival. The sofa bed is comfortable and has enough closets for 4 people. The shower is great too. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seems to have enough to make breakfast.

I stayed with my girlfriend for the rock in the mountain festival, everything was great, the room was clean and organized, Fabio responded quickly to any difficulty and gave well organized instructions on everything related to hosting. The Granja condominium is great in terms of location and physical space itself :)!

I stayed in the small suite and liked it very much. Clean, organized, all new, comfortable bed. Lia is thinking of the smallest details to make the stay enjoyable. Near all the restaurants and shopping malls, I practically didn't use the car for anything. An obs: visitors' car seats are on a first come first order, so it is possible that it arrives and there is no vacancy, you will have to park somewhere else to wait.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

Adriana's place has a wonderful outdoor space. We eat fruits harvested from the foot, the lawn is extensive and very nice. The pool is large where you can even swim, it has a slide that is almost a slide. We took advantage of the barbecue and even made a fire, well accompanied by Alexa's music, that's right, in the house there is an Alexa! We also enjoy the game room with pool table. Our family was very happy on hosting days. Camila is a sweetheart and has served us well. Adriana was flexible with our checkout. We appreciate the great reception and recommend the space to the entire Airbnb community.

The house is very comfortable and cozy with beautiful and well cared for the garden in front of it. It has varied cooking utensils. Availability and friendliness of the housekeeper Elza is another attribute of the residence.

Our stay at Thereza's house was wonderful. The place is beautiful and the house has everything you need. The women who work at the site were very kind and receptive. Not to mention that the food was delicious. When I needed it, Thereza promptly answered me. We had difficulty arriving at the site due to a post that blocked the path, but since there are other entrances the access was easy since Thereza quickly guided us what to do. The view is truly amazing and has many leisure options inside the house. The house has generator and ice machine, which was a grateful surprise to us! Every cent is worth it. We will certainly be back!
