There will be farm fresh eggs in the fridge waiting for you for breakfast or feel free to walk out to the coop and gather your own! Our farm also has Longhorns, cows, a donkey, and goats. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

This is a recently remodeled 3 bedroom home on a big property located near the 16th hole and walking path of Cree Meadows golf course. It sits in a large property that backs up to a small creek and friendly neighbors. In all, the property is centrally located for any Ruidoso attractions such as golfing, skiing, mountain biking, etc.. In addition, its centrally located and very easy to access- its very close to midtown, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery stores, gyms and ski shops.

JX Ranch Bunkhouse - Longhorn Room

Enjoy some peace and quiet away from the lights and noise of town in our rustic old Bunkhouse. Located 20 miles south of Tucumcari & I-40 (entrance across from mile marker 62 on Hwy 209) on a cattle ranch. 2.5 miles off the pavement on a dirt road (not suitable for motorcycles or very low clearance vehicles). You have your own entrance, private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If we have guests in the adjoining (separate) unit (Cow Camp Room), please be courteous and keep voices down.

EC can sleep 4 comfortably. There is a queen size bed as well as a queen size pull out couch. The kitchenette is equipped with a keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has several extras in case you forget something. The shower, which has exposed copper plumbing, is sure to impress. Outside there is a small patio with adirondack chairs that over looks the horse pasture and our beautiful Panhandle sunsets.

The 2 story cottage has a private entry, sidewalks, small patio with seating, fenced yard, FREE Wi-Fi, coffee bar, large screen smart TV and ooooh so comfy beds. There's plenty of parking on the premises for horse trailers or multiple cars. If you love animals we have plenty who want to love you back!

Peaceful, Cozy Cabin in the Woods!

Our comfortable, cozy little cabin is on 1.5 acres, nestled above the Village of Ruidoso. We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work week or for an extended stay. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.

The Pecos River Cliff House, It is Magical!

Starting in the summer of 2016, The Famous Pecos River Cliff House will be available to travelers. The home has been a private residence for the last 12 years. We are now opening it up to the public and would love to share this hidden treasure with you The Cliff House is like nothing you have ever seen before. This custom adobe towers 50 feet over the Pecos River with breathtaking views of the river, dam, and canyon.

The Barn on 217 is a wonderfully restored living space from the early 1970’s. Once a rancher’s work space is now a cozy place to relax, refuel and recharge. Located 10 miles from the entrance of Palo Duro State Park, 1.5 miles from West Texas A&M University and 3 miles from downtown Canyon.
