Farmstay vacation rentals in Pecos River

Beverly greeted us upon arrival with margaritas, homemade guacamole & queso. It was an incredibly relaxing stay that had everything we needed & more. The super easy check out allowed us to keep the relaxed mood as we left. We look forward to staying again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, the house was more than enough for four guest. There is a nice selection restaurants near by and it is not too far from the road that goes up to Ski Apache. When we were not on the mountain we utilized the deck and patio furniture to just take in the surroundings, we had a few deer come pretty close by while sitting outside one afternoon, there is also a paved walking path right across the street from the house. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and the hosts to anyone considering staying here.

Melanie's place was beautiful, we only stayed a night but would definitely recommend others to stay there and would return myself if I'm in Santa Fe. The space had everything we needed and I loved the outdoor patio. It feels safe and peaceful, and it's a short drive to everything in Santa Fe. Melanie was extremely kind and helpful as a host!

We thoroughly enjoyed the vibe at Sunset Ranch. The place is extremely well designed and put together. The lighting and music speakers were on point. Comfortable bed, hot shower, well stocked kitchen, it’s all there. We will return for sure. Thanks James! You’re the best 🙏

What a piece of heaven this Airbnb is! If you want to see the stars clearly at night and wake up to a beautiful sunset then this is the place!

This is a very comfortable space and the listing is accurate. So convenient to the canyon and great to have the little mercantile literally next door. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our time here! The peaceful patio area was great to relax from hiking. You can listen to the birds and wind chimes while reading a book. Very walkable to the downtown area and to the hiking trails Tess recommended. The recommendations were exactly what we wanted and throughly enjoyed. The neighborhood is so fun to walk around and explore. People were very friendly and the entire area was very dog friendly which was an important factor in selecting this stop on our long road trip. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

This cabin is super cute! The pictures did not do it justice. The little details make all the difference. We enjoyed the big open space between the kitchen and living room. It was a good size space for 4 of us. The concrete flooring kept the space nice and cool. The location is a quick 35 minute drive to Palo Duro. Creek House Honey Farm is within a 10 minute drive and a very cute shop. Highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here for the duration of a multiple month long job in Hereford. They were beyond nice, helpful, and accommodating for my long term stay. I would stay here every time we have a project in the area.

The cabin was really well put together together, clean, conveniently located and overall really nice. The kids had a blast too.

Beautiful and comfortable cabin in the mountains. Home is in excellent condition and well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. Host was very responsive and kind. Would stay again! Heads up there are plenty deer and elk on the road especially around sunset so DRIVE SLOW.

Keith was a great host! The house was clean and we all felt right at home. My only wish was that the backyard was mowed before arrival or a walkable path was available to the backyard amenities as the weeds we’re quite tall.

Great place to stay with some great views of wildlife

We sadly only stayed one night and simply cannot express how wonderful It was to find this “country” home in a city we have stayed in multiple times. This will now be our first go to. The host has gone above and beyond, so well put together, comfortable, inviting home away from home! Absolutely nothing you could want for.. We loved the use of vintage pieces and innovative space use. The natural light floods in and nature views from all areas. Feels much larger than expected. We were graciously thankful of the fact this home is so affordable despite all it offers, simple check out, with no additional fees is truly appreciated! We have stayed in Air BBs all across the U.S., so we know a gem when we find one. Highly recommend - we will return anytime visiting Lubbock ❤️

We were in Canyon for a family wedding. The house was lovely. It is a rural setting on the edge of town. It was conveniently located in proximity to family in Canyon and the wedding venue outside of Amarillo. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed; including kitchen equipment we used for rehearsal dinner food prep. I would stay in this house again. Thank you!

This cabin was the perfect blend of rustic charm and peaceful retreat. We enjoyed the beautiful night sky from the porch and a surprise snowfall was a special treat. Even with the cold snap, we were snug and warm in this charming cabin. Christopher and his team clearly communicated the directions to the cabin so it was no problem to find. If you’re looking for a relaxing quiet place that feels secluded but is close to stores and restaurants, this is a great choice.

Unique stay in a rustic converted boxcar! We had cattle not 50 feet away, grazing, yet it felt completely private. Loved the proximity to Palo Duro State Park (incredible canyons) and the city of Amarillo.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jean & Richard's Texana Cottage. It was very welcoming, homey and comfortable. Without a doubt the best equipped kitchen in any airbnb we have seen - and some delicious treats to go with the local coffee. There was local information in the cottage plus a wealth of books with much information including history, wildlife and flora, geology and Big Bend National Park. (And of course regional cookbooks!) We would undoubtedly look forward to staying there again.

We literally changed our plans just to stay at Peter’s place longer. Not only was the location beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but Peter was more than kind. He went out of his way to greet us and show us around. We got to meet all of the farm animals and he invited us back anytime- which we definitely will be taking advantage of. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Everything is clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It’s the perfect location to explore all the fun things in this part of New Mexico. Plus, it was perfect for our dog. He had a blast running around the fenced in yard and meeting the horses. PS- use the bathtub for a bubble bath, it rules lol

We had a great time and experience it was well worth the money. To top it off, the 4 gables style house is what we are looking building for our family home and so to experience the feel of the house was outstanding.

Beautiful ranch home and very clean and well stocked. We also loved the location and was easy to get around the Big Bend National Park.
