Private parking on site for the 3-bedroom home that sits to the left driveway as you enter the property. Central living spaces are warmed by a slow combustion wood fire with full kitchen and laundry facilities are your disposal.

This unit is comfortable, air conditioned & fully self contained, private deck & garden. Car park is at the front of the property. Your unit is through a gate and down a slightly sloped mulch pathway. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.
