Charming studio with very large garden! Suitable for all kinds of trips: city trips (Roermond 9 minutes by car, Maastricht 35 mins), weekends away or simply wanting to enjoy our garden and all it has to offer. For kids there is a trampoline, chickens to chase and lots of stuff to discover. There's a fire pit for you to use including wood and some comfy chairs to enjoy the sunshine! Please be aware that there is no kitchen facility. However, there is a coffee machine and water kettle.

The unique of a shipping container and all the luxury you need is present. A bed of 160x215, kitchen with 2 burner induction, fridge, oven, kettle, nespresso machine and equipped with all cooking utensils. Bed linen, towels are also provided. A TV, fast Wi-Fi, nice shower and toilet. Air conditioning and heating, and an outdoor seating area. There are beautiful walks in the natural area of Asselt, Swalm and Maas. This is my dream home, in the forest where you can hike and mountain bike. I consider my home an "sacred" place to live and treat it with care. I also ask the tenants this. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, located in a forest park where silence is requested. You can relax in the Jacuzzi and sauna. I'm usually traveling, but sometimes I sleep or a girlfriend in the cottage in the garden, which is completely shielded with bamboo. I/they respect your privacy

The bedroom has two single beds together. In the living room, two extra beds can be made with mattresses on the floor. For the very little ones we have a cot.

Quiet private house in Helenaveen

Unique house next to a small old church. We rebuild the old shed next to our house to be a vacation home. It has everything you need to stay for a couple of days or weeks. You can sit in the shadow of an 100 year old oak tree. For the adventurous type we have something very special, when you stay at our house you get the key for an old World War II bunker that's on the property. That is a great play house for children.
