Marjolein was very helpful and greated us on arrival. The location was private and quiet with had lovely surroundings. The accommodation is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. We will definitely visit again if we come back to the area. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this property. What lovely hosts, very courteous and friendly with lots of advice for how to enjoy the local area. With young children there was plenty to keep them occupied in the garage/games room and as keen cyclists we enjoyed the free use of the bicycles. We cannot recommend this property enough, thank you!

it was a great getaway! From Eupen, you have a good start to get to other cities. the apartment had everything you need and is a pure children's paradise! there were games, duplo stones, wooden railway available and even in the hallway a small light with motion detector. here is really everything thought of for families! Thank you so much! we will definitely be back as we felt at home!

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Orangerie of Eveline. The accommodation is above expectations spacious and complete but also nicely decorated. The view of the horse meadow is beautiful and from the B&B you can walk directly into the woods. Many alternative hiking trails are relatively close. Eveline's two sweet dogs were a gift. Occasionally they stopped by for a cuddle or a play moment with our dog. We will definitely come back.

We had a great stay at the place. The apartment was bigger than assumed, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you might need - and beyond 👌🏼😊 You immediately notice that the comfort of the guests has been thought of here with attention to the details. The location was just perfect: quiet location, but ideal for quickly reaching the big cities in the area. For my family and I it was the perfect combination of easy access and affordable price. Rike's place is perfect for a couple of days exploring Aachen and it's incredible cathederal. The apartment is well positioned to the old town, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and communication with Rike is quick and easy. And the best part of the apartment is the sunroom, which is an absolute plus! While the apartment doesn't have a separate loungeroom, we found that we spent most of our time in the sunroom, looking out over Rike's garden, and westpark. Really quite relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Rike's place and recommend it to other travellers.

Beautiful, bright apartment, good beds, generous bathroom, good location

The apartment is extremely well planned and decorated, with a bright and comfortable living space despite being on the ground floor. The main square and restaurants are literally two minutes away, while the street itself is very calm. The sofa bed is the easiest to open, can be done with a finger and that’s pretty helpful. Lots of teas and coffees made it even better to feel relaxed and at home.

The apartment is on a busy street day and night. Close to the main tourist spots. All parking lots are paid in the surrounding area. The apartment is very spacious and functional. (The lift is small, the entrance to the ground floor is secure) Yolande is very welcoming and responsive.

Had a very nice stay! We were only there for 1 night and came purely to rest after a hard day of competition. Wonderfully quiet place. We loved the beds. Everything was clean, tidy and fresh. Also nice that there were shutters, so it was nice and dark with sleeping. Lea is a friendly woman. We'd love to come back

We enjoyed our 5 day vacation in this lovely town. Everything was very good. Clean cozy apartment with all facilities. It was especially nice that everything was thought out in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect too. Near Terme 2000 and historic magnets. The hosts were very welcoming and responsible. We love this apartment- this is our second time staying. It feels like home and was in a perfect location.

Beautiful apartment in one of the most beautiful streets of Maastricht. Everything is within walking distance, facilities very nice. Occasionally what stumbles from the upstairs neighbors (for the difficult sleepers good to bring earplugs) but that also belongs to an old apartment. Communication was easy and fast and apartment is light and spacious. In short: repeatable!

Stayed at this Airbnb for a 2 week period and it was wonderful. It is in walking distance to the main centers with restaurants, as well as several grocery stores. It was very clean and we appreciated having a cleaner come half way through our stay to exchange our linen. Would 100% book again if we ever return to Maastricht!

WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Laura and Jeroen. Everything was there and the welcome basket was a special surprise. It was especially great that we were allowed to use the bikes to get into town quickly. Jeroen's artwork has given the apartment its very own charm. We will be happy to come back.

Ideal base for exploring the Genk region. Upon arrival, there is already a lot of information available on the table and Ann is also willing to answer all your questions. It is also very child-friendly, children can play outside while we as parents have perfect view of the garden in which they are playing. Price-quality this is a big 10/10 !! The kids just kept asking when we went back to the 'cottage' on the way back. This says it all!
