Monthly Rentals in Penella

We stayed in Georgina's place in Cocentaina for 3 months. Georgina was a very good host. Most responsive and attentive to anything we needed. The house was perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of room for our two German Shepherds to stretch their legs. The cottage is very well-located. Just minutes from the centre of Cocentaina. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. We would definitely go again.

Short but great stay in Alcoy, Iris's apartment is just as seen in the photos. Highlighting the cleanliness of the same (there was not a speck of dust), the location (maybe Alcoy's most central street) and how well soundproof it is. As a negative aspect, what is a sixth without an elevator (although for us that was not a problem). The apartment has what one needs and the decor makes you feel at home, really that is very cozy. If we go to Alcoy we will definitely repeat.

Pilar is a very kind and energetic host! She was always there for any help I required and went out of her way to help. More so, the place was really relaxing and comfortable, with a nice view and good spot to meditate, but also a short walk to any needed shops to the town. Thanks again Pilar!

A well-kept house with central location. Excellent value for money! The host is a really nice person who communicated perfectly after the booking and before check-in. During my stay, he was always available and offering his help. I can highly recommend this place!
