Comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy walk to the Center Fairport.We had everything we needed for our one week visit.

We were very comfortable staying here. The place is big with two separate living rooms, three bedrooms and a large kitchen. Appreciated the ability to bring our pups. Everyone was able to stretch out and not feel crowded. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Enjoyed walking the dogs down the neighborhood sidewalks.

Great place and great location. We stayed there to coach at a meet in Webster. It was such a good place to stay. Not that far but far enough to be away from the pool. Near a great town with lots of restaurants, close to Wegmans, near everything we wanted. Nicely appointed. Plenty of room. Greet kitchen with lots of space. I only wished the weather had been better to sit out on the terrace to relax between sessions.

A cute and cozy AirBnb in the town of Penfield. The unit is very clean, the shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. It was great having a drip coffee maker available as an alternative to the Keurig. Really appreciated the excellent mini splits to provide quick heat or coolness. We enjoyed our morning walks along Irondequoit Creek on the beautiful trail at Spring Lake Park, just a short walk on sidewalks from Heather and Tim's home. So many other great parks to explore a short drive away all over Penfield and Perinton. This was a perfect homebase for us while visiting family in Rochester and the surrounding area!
