Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

To relax in any season, a professional spa has just taken place and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated on sunny days).

Possibility of booking lunch baskets €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 minutes from the city centre.

The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
