Vacation rentals with beach access in Pennedepie

An apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Amazing views of the sea , facing the beach, 7 minute walk to Avenue de la Mer. Close to restaurants . Parking space, elevator - we were delighted with our very successful stay!

The accommodation is very well located, access to the beach and parking are an advantage. The apartment is well equipped as is the garden. We had a pleasant stay in Cabourg with our dog.

Very nice stay, the apartment has been refurbished since last year (when I went there for the first time) and it is very comfortable and welcoming. The view from the terrace is great for meals! The beach is within walking distance (1min), it's very nice to walk around and reach the city center with a great view. Sophie was very kind and welcoming, I recommend it!

Great house! About ten minutes' walk from the seaside! The bed is comfortable and the hygiene is great! Tips: I hope the landlord can install a curtain.

We had a lovely long weekend in Thierry's beautiful house. Equipped with all comforts such as dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, sunbeds in the beautiful garden and BBQ. The village of Merville provided us with daily groceries.

An unbeatable location!! The beach is just steps away. It is clean, comfortable, peaceful, and has all the necessities. I was pleasantly surprised because I think that it’s nicer than the photos convey. A wonderful stay - can’t wait to return ! 🙂

Very clean and well arranged accommodation. Well equipped for a family with kids. Quiet and pleasant environment. We were accompanied by our dogs, used to going on vacation rentals. The garden was enclosed and the house easy to maintain when accompanied by animals. We visited the surroundings with our dogs and there are a lot of dog friendly spaces. We left in April to have fewer people and mild temperatures to leave dogs by car for museum visits. Well-equipped house in kitchen and cleaning products. Spacious and very well maintained garden. I would recommend this place and hope to return to continue visiting Normandy.

A very nice cottage! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Very clean! The only downside: the large construction site that starts right by the garden fence. Noise from 8 am to 5 pm. It was not possible to eat in the beautiful garden or to relax. We could only use the Jacuzzi in the evening after 17 her, as the construction workers had a complete view of the garden on their dredgers. The construction site will certainly be ready at some point, but until then, info on this would be very important. Since the cottage was otherwise really perfect, we would book it again!

A real timeless moment! The house is simply extraordinary, in an incredible setting that invites you to relax and change of scenery. Everything has been thought out to offer an unforgettable stay: comfort, neat decoration and amenities at your disposal. We had a great time and left with wonderful memories. A big thank you, we will come back without hesitation!!

We had the pleasure of staying one night in this charming house completely renovated. We appreciated the cleanliness of the space, the beds made, the cleaning included, its layout as well as its decoration. We who have a dog, having a fully secured class was a big advantage. The best, parking in the courtyard, easy to retrieve the keys, beach access 300m away.

Great location with superb views. Very quiet and private yet close to Le Havre. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The outdoor back deck gets sun in the afternoon and was perfect to hang out and relax after some sightseeing. Magda was very responsive and check in and check out were very easy.

A personal place in a great location! This is not a hotel and those who do not expect it will feel right at home. A very cozy accommodation with everything you need, we liked it very much. Highlighted is the great terrace with sea views on the second floor, here you can watch the sunset comfortably with a glass of wine, in our case even in April without a jacket. In addition, there is a small courtyard with kitchen connections, ideal for dining outside if the weather permits. The great, quiet location just a one minute walk from the sea as well as the small downtown with cozy creperie and small pizzeria is another plus. In any case, we liked Villerville very much, if you are looking for peace and quiet and still want the essentials (small supermarket) within walking distance, this is the place. For hikes to Trouville and Honfleur a good starting point (parking 45 euros / week). High praise to mad: always available and helpful, even with small problems. Great

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Beautifully decorated apartment, great location and quiet. Our host Virginia is ready to answer any questions. The apartment is in a residence with parking which avoids looking for a spot for hours. We had a great 2 days. We highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved the view of the English Channel and the changing tides and colors throughout the day. The kitchen was very efficient and the apartment was tastefully decorated. Dominique is a lovely, charming and helpful host.

We had a great time at Laurence's apartment. A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!

We had a great time at Olivier's place. The apartment is very clean. Accurate to the photos. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator elevator. Olivier is a very kind, responsive and available host. We enjoyed the welcome bottle of apple juice as well as the different explanations about the city and the things to do. We will return on our next visit to Villers sur mer.

Superb accommodation, very quiet, super cozy and well maintained, with lots of amenities and excellent bedding (totally in line with the photos) and with an ideal orientation: sun in the morning and evening allowing you to appreciate the balcony and its beautiful layout. Ideally located for visits to Villers sur Mer (very close to the sea (on foot)) but also to the whole region (including the landing beaches), Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur... Accommodation close to very good restaurants not to be missed (Le Mermoz, La Digue...) but also many others in the surrounding towns. This new stay with our Host allowed us to totally decompress, with super splendid weather. We were delighted to see our Host again and enjoy his apartment again, to find a lot of peace and quiet. We highly recommend this place that will allow you to have a great and peaceful stay, and enjoy Normandy. Can't wait to come back
