We stayed for 3 nights. The view was spectacular, the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Communication went very smoothly, Christopher and his team were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay - the location of the accommodation allows you to walk to the port, beach, restaurants. The presence of secure parking is very interesting and the pool is a plus.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Nice and impeccable accommodation does not lack anything dishes, linens, appliances... . Françoise is very nice and responds quickly. The instructions are clear, the listing as described. We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

A quiet and nice accommodation in part of Nice we wanted to get to know more. The nearby railway with the station within a five-minute walk was beneficial as we also wanted to use it for a couple of trips. No disturbing noise from the trains. Slightly longer walk to get to the tram but both lines 1 and 2 within about ten minutes walking distance. Good kitchen area with modern stove and oven which was appreciated as we are happy to cook ourselves from local ingredients. Would love to come back to this home where we were well received by the host Kim and her kindness both before, during and after the stay. Highly recommended!

A perfect stay in Nice! The house is located on a beautiful hill with a magnificent view, quiet, ideal for relaxing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. A big thank you to my host, extremely kind, warm and always available. Everything is easily accessible by bus or walking, as long as you are comfortable with walking. Would definitely stay again!

our stay at Sylvie's was very pleasant. clean, quiet accommodation, well located with views of the golf course. the sun would have been welcome but for the weather ... we adapt. The area is very nice.

Our stay went well, quiet, cool and greenery. The apartment is very well located, perfectly isolated, functional and if necessary, given the weather, we were able to heat up. All within walking distance. Only small downside, the carpet... but we have abstracted. Covered swimming pool accessible until 8 p.m.
