Anna was a responsive & kind host. The house was just as described and the check in was a smooth process. We would enjoy to stay here again in the future.

Sara’s place was exactly as described! It was clean and comfortable- very private. The sauna was such a nice luxury! We appreciated all of the little niceties - like coffee , candles, and beach towels for the sauna. It was near everything, but still on a quiet street. Sara was very responsive and friendly. She had great suggestions for breakfast and really made us feel at home. We’d definitely go back!

The River House is a real treat. We loved our stay there and Rhiannon was a very responsive and friendly host. We had everything we needed and being right on the Kankakee River was a bonus. The decor in the house is really cute and stylish. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. We felt right at home.

We had a great weekend getaway from Chicago and it was less than an hour (without traffic) away! Peaceful, quiet, near the beach. Cullen was an awesome host!

She was so friendly and thorough, letting me know all the details about the home, how to get in, and how to use everything inside. The amenities were above and beyond what I expected. Chris is a phenomenal host. He lives a few minutes away from the RV and is very responsive. Two adults and 2 younger kids were very comfortable and had plenty of space to hangout in the RV. We did not take advantage of the activities at the site, but there was something nearly every hour over the weekend for guests (especially kids) to enjoy. If we are in the area, we would absolutely stay again!

EXCELLENT PLACE!

Very comfortable place. Warm and cosy in some really cold weather. Super easy getting in and dealing with the owner. We also all loved Manteno. Its a great place full of lovely people. Couldn't recommend Manteno and this house more.
