Captain's Quarters

Cozy, Vintage Home, Quiet Neighborhood, Walk or Bike to Lake City's Attractions. This Vintage home built in 1900 purchased as our family home in 1987 was given the name Captain's Quarters in memory of Riverboat Captain Mark W. Peters. Mark piloted the paddlewheeler Hiawatha, on the Mississippi River and gave guided tours on Lake Pepin. We have been hosts welcoming guests since 2014 licensed and inspected by the Minnesota Department of Health.

We are right across from the Pepin Marina and Beach, and steps away from the iconic Harbor View Cafe! You can book sailing and pontoon rides on the lake. The Pickle Factory, a waterfront grill and bar, features live music, bingo and more. Up the hill is the River Time bar, which also features live music and small plates. We are one mile away from the Villa Belleza Winery. There's lots to see and do along all the nearby river towns!
