It has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a dining area. The house is fully air conditioned. It has two covered terraces overlooking the sea and a large garden. Free Wi-Fi & 2 smart TVs (+Netflix) are available to guests of the accommodation.

It is a very comfortable, traditional house with an attic located in the picturesque village of Pera Melana in Arcadia, 7 km after Tyros and 11 km before Leonidio, as you drive on the National Road Astros - Leonidio. When you stay, you'll find what you need for a perfect rest with either friends or your family. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of the village and has a large balcony with panoramic views. For breakfast are offered local products such as honey, tea, fresh eggs, etc.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

A fantastic position from which you can have an amazing panoramic view to the mountain, the village, the sea and the islands across. Ideal for relaxing or as a base for excursions around Peloponnese. Balconi Hesperides is a large house surrounded by an orange grove on the heights of the village of Tyros, 10 minutes from the seaside. It can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Up to 12 people with the 2 single beds in the living room. On the 1st floor in vintage style: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. On the ground floor (brand new): 2 beautiful double bedrooms with private bathroom, a large living room with American kitchen, a sauna and a separate toilet.

My place is relatively close to the city center, 7 km and has a wonderful and unique view. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away. On the beach and a few meters from it, there are two traditional taverns offering delicious dishes. You can swim in the crystal blue waters of the beach, in our large clean swimming pool or walk on the green slopes above the sea, gazing at the endless blue sky and enjoying the ultimate balance of nature.

Traditional, rustic house near Leonidio with beautiful beaches nearby. Situated at the end of a quiet village, this house offers scenic views to the sea below and the adjoining mountain. If you feel like unwinding, writing, painting, meditating, walking, swimming and looking at the starry sky, this is the place for you. If you feel like a party, it's not. It's situated 3-3,5 hours from Athens airport and it's easier to have a car.
