Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Pereque Beach

Great stay! The house was spotless, with plenty of space, well tidy and clean. The location is great, very close to the beaches of Julião and the Witch. It was very worth it!

I had an amazing experience at Gilson's house on Airbnb! The house is spacious, clean and airy, with three bathrooms and air conditioning, providing a lot of comfort. The contact with nature, especially the balcony and BBQ area, was wonderful and made us feel in the backyard. Gilson was super agile and attentive, always ready to answer all our doubts, and his neighbor brother Vagner was also very receptive and request. It was my first time on Airbnb and Gilson's house, and I can say I'd love to come back again. I highly recommend it!

The house is very cozy, a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach of the sorceress. Large and well-designed rooms. Mosquiteiro na Windows. Kitchen accessories, bedding, all great. The only suggestion is an air conditioning in the rooms. I'll be back for sure.

The house is simply wonderful, one of the best equipped to host guests I've ever seen! It has everything you need to feel at home and enjoy in comfort. The location is also amazing – a few meters from the beach, you can go and come back as many times as you want with great practicality. Communication with the host was excellent, he is super attentive and helpful. Without a doubt, an excellent experience. We will definitely come back more often!

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The house is very comfortable, and having three en suite bathrooms for each room was great. It’s a 5 minute drive from the beach! Ana Maria was so helpful, responsive and kind, always communicating with us when we had a question. And we hired Giovana as a cook for the week, which was a great decision - she made delicious meals for us so we really could feel like we’re on vacation. 10/10 stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation, and I hope to visit again!!!

The house is old in more Rustic style, but left nothing to be desired !. Well spacious, close to the beach and no need to take the car ... large pool with children's leisure area. Talita and her mother always requested and helped us in everything we need. I recommend it and would definitely come back more often!

This home was perfect for our family of six (four adults and two kids, ages 7 and 8). It’s beautifully designed, located in a safe condominium, and just a short, easy walk to the beach. The house is cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was amazing. The house is lovely and extremely cozy. Erik and Carol were very kind. Spacious house, very close to the beach. I hope to return soon.

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, it was wonderful the experience from the beginning to the end, very requested and attentive host ( Mr. Douglas) We use the pool space in common, very good, location is great with good trade structure, easy access to beaches, we want to return! The house is beautifully located and access is easy, unlike some reviews we've seen here. It is a few yards from Vermelha beach which is beautiful and very quiet. You can access the Lazaro beach also on foot. We have no complaints, on the contrary.

I had a very good experience on the site, it is well located, close to the beach of Perequê. The apartment is comfortable, it had everything I needed. Juliana is a very kind person, she always answered me quickly and helped me a lot. I'll definitely be back again!

Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

We love our stay, the house is much more beautiful and large than appears in the photos! The house is comfortable, very clean, has many utensils, and every decor and view of the house is amazing! Chris and the homemade Adri were super polite and solicited! We love so much, we hope to be able to return soon!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is great, beautifully decorated and tasteful. Who has reduced mobility may have difficulty climbing stairs because it was built in levels. We loved the rooms, had two kitchens but we used the bottom where the barbecue is, a cooktop stove with an amazing marble table, had fun for everyone - a game and a pinball table that the class loved. Ali is the high point of the house, which gives access to the pool and is quite spacious. Communication was great, Alexandre was always very clear in his instructions and there we saw the care he had with the house. Everyone loved the house, it was worth it to go. Thank you Alexandre.
