Vacation rentals with lake access in Pereque Beach

This was the third year I travel with my family to this house , the house is big Bonita , all the rooms have air conditioning that is great 🥰 It's close to shops , the beach , and I'm sure I'll go more often 🥰

We spent the carnival period at Rachel's house and everything was really good! From the beginning the hostess showed up requests and quickly answered our questions. The house was super in order and served us very well. The walk to the beach was very short, my 3-year-old son went back and forth on foot and hardly asked for a lap so close. Everything was excellent and we would like to return soon! I highly recommend it!

My family and I loved the house. As soon as we arrived at the gate we were already delighted. It is better than in the photo. The house was very clean, well equipped. We definitely recommend!

The stay at the house was great! The house is super well-equipped, spacious, and has an amazing view. The waterfall in the backyard is a separate show,waking up with the sound of the water was a unique experience. Communication was always fast and efficient, Victor a Sabrina and Thiago were extremely helpful and attentive. We will definitely come back more often!!

Very nice house! Well taken care of and with everything a house needs to have. We cooked every day in it, at no time did we lack anything. From simple things like silverware to more sophisticated spices like diverse spices. The location is the HIGH point of hosting! Literally standing on the sand in paradise! Bonete is a beautiful and quiet place and the house location has contributed even more to a wonderful stay. The first bedroom has a breathtaking view. Rooms with clean bedding, musketeer and fan. Large bathroom with gas heated shower! It is important to know that there is a power generator, as well as a solar plate. It happens that, in a few moments, the electric energy fluctuates, but nothing that has impaired. Marcelo, responsible for our crossing and taking care of the home, was extremely helpful, helping us with everything that was necessary! Amazing location, simple house that provides you with luxurious moments when it comes to the experience! We'll be back!

The house is quite charming, the photos reflect the accommodation well. The condominium is excellent. Some of the rooms have the windows overlooking the avenue, there is a bit of noise. The walk from the house to the beach is pleasant and extremely safe. Luiza is super friendly and responds quickly, helped me even with tips on what to do on one of the days it was raining. There are shops near the house that deliver pao fresco and other items if you want to place the order via whats app. The small touch beach dispenses commentary, it is wonderful. I spent 4 days at the house with my whole family, we had an excellent experience.

What a perfect place! I felt very safe and comfortable in this accommodation. The view of the forest, the rustic and cozy location, and the proximity to the beach won my heart. The house had everything we needed and was very close to a bakery, pharmacy, market and restaurants. The beach is very close too, we felt at home. Roger always responded quickly, the house had everything and the condominium was charming and very nice. We'll be back for sure. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

The space of the Marina is amazing, I felt at home and lived days of great tranquility. Perfect for those who want to disconnect from the rush of the city, wrapped in woods and very safe, but very well equipped. Marina responded promptly whenever necessary. I highly recommend it!

The apto is very comfortable , very well equipped and very clean. The very quiet condominium, only heard the noise of the birds, and the pool is delicious. Host Fernando was amazing in hospitality and provided us with all the useful information about the beaches, helping to make our stay wonderful. We already want to go back

Incredible place, much more beautiful in person, the rustic house and its details enchanted us, everything was very clean and organized. Host Celise and Camila were super attentive, as well as the homemade Fausto who welcomed us very well, as well as being very friendly and helpful. We had a few minor issues, but nothing that could hinder our stay. The great differential was the lake, we caught several fish, this we surprised a lot, the children were delighted with the size of the fish, some had never caught before and succeeded, we enjoyed day and night, we had a great time! Certainly a place to return to another time.

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

camilla is an excellent host and was proactive from the outset. As soon as the reservation was confirmed, he called me by message and sent a manual with all the important information and tips, making himself available even weeks before the scheduled date. the house is great, like the photos. and super well-equipped, with utensils and bedding clean and well cared for. i ended up suffering a small accident on the first day - the network crashed - and both she and her husband were extremely cared for and willing, immediately making herself available to help with whatever was necessary; even making a point of passing through the house to see me and making clear the repairs that would be made for nothing like being repeated. it was a quick weekend, but it allowed us some rest. and the dogs loved the garden/ grass space available to run and burn energy ;-)

Is the space exactly as it is in the photos and description? Large kitchen, with several utensils and appliances! It is possible to make trail, play volleyball or Futevôlei, as well as football. The pool is more than a suitable size. The property has plenty of water, as well as being very well taken care of, with trimmed grass and impeccable cleaning! If you are looking for a place to gather loved ones, away from the daily hustle and bustle of big cities, you have found it.

Our stay was simply perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. It smelled and very organized. We do not miss anything at all. It had everything and more. The kitchen is complete in utensils and appliances. The clean bathrooms and hot shower. Comfortable rooms with very clean linen and towels. Anyway, a lot of whim and pampering of the hosts. Sr Antônio and Selma are extremely polite and solicited. Very nice people. We wish we could have spent longer there! But definitely we'll be back soon!

Adriano's villa is super cozy and complete, all the kitchen utensils we needed there, comfortable mattresses, clean bed linen and many extra blankets, despite not having been so cold. Many birds and trees on the property and the Guararema region has great restaurants and tours, it was a very nice stay. The only point of attention is the arrival stage to the house that is a bit bumpy and as it rained a lot in the period, accumulated a lot of water and mud, as my car is tall I did not have so much trouble with the quagmires, but very low cars may not have the same luck. Outside this strongly indicate.

A place that I will definitely return to, a place of peace, nature all around you. Vegetables direct from the garden , fresh milk. Andrea and Mr. Jailson who received us, they are wonderful people, very helpful. By is well warm we take advantage of the swimming pool and the nets that are in the midst of nature.
