Vacation rentals with beach access in Pérez Zeledón

Fue agradable. La playa estaba cerca, cinco minutos en auto. Es una buena opción

Fue un excelente hospedaje. La canina estaba impecable al llegar y siempre que necesitamos contactarlos estaban atentos a ayudarnos. El lugar aparte de estar muy bien cuidado y rodeado de maravillosa naturaleza, cuenta inclusive con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, teniendo aún la delicadeza de poner a disposición diversos aceites o sazonadores para cocinar. Las camas estaban impecables, el baño igual, con los paños a disposición doblados de una manera muy elegante y la ducha contaba con champú y acondicionador. Asimismo tienen un “brochure” en inglés y español sobre lo que se puede disfrutar en la zona, ofreciendo su ayuda de ser necesario! Al igual que cuentan sobre los diferentes restaurantes que hay cerca y cuentan con una opción en la cual los huéspedes pueden pedir brunch para entrega en el lugar de un restaurante local. En síntesis, fue una excelente experiencia que todos disfrutamos y 100% sus instalaciones son PetFriendly!

Muchos puntos a favor por destacar, muchas comodidades a buen precio. La única recomendación es que había humedad en el baño y a veces olía un poco mal, y que el microondas no funciona. Por lo demás todo perfecto, muchas gracias.

La anfitriona muy amable y comunicativa. El lugar precioso, una vista estupenda del mar, muy ordenado, limpio, muy tranquilo, la naturaleza hermosa.

We loved this place! It’s way better than the photos! The plants are beautiful! The pool is lovely and deep. We loved the space! Bathroom is great. We liked where it was downtown Dominical. Easily walkable. We highly recommend this spot! (Busy roads don’t bother us.)

You can never get enough of the view! Amazing place and surroundings. Totally recommend this place to stay. Friendly hosts! We loved our stay, we will definitely come back. It is very up on a hill so don’t expect to walk to town center Uvita, you will need a car (4x4 on rainy season). But the drive is totally worth it.

Denis's place is just as described. Very private, feels safe, close to everything in Dominical but tucked away in a small residential area. Easy walk to the beach. We kept our surfboards in the locked property without issue. Rented a car for a few days and did not have issues with parking. The bus was very clean, and had everything we needed for basic cooking on two hot plates. Denia and her husband are kind, very responsive and proactive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Mi experiencia en Uvita Oasis Retreat fue excepcional. El lugar está rodeado de naturaleza. De un lado, se pueden ver las montañas de la selva; del otro, se puede escuchar la melodía del océano. El apartamento del segundo piso con una gran vista era súper lindo y estaba en excelentes condiciones. Mi apartamento era muy espacioso y tenía muchas comodidades. La propiedad parece muy grande ya que podía ver la mayor parte desde mi balcón. Hay tres cabañas y una casa grande en la propiedad. Sin embargo, están distanciadas entre sí, lo que parece muy privado. Hay muchos lugares de estacionamiento, dos entradas principales, una hermosa piscina, un par de cuartos de lavado, un asador, una veranda, áreas de estar al aire libre y muchas terrazas. Las personas a cargo fueron súper atentas y amables. Nos recomendaron diferentes lugares para visitar y restaurantes. Todo estuvo perfecto. ¡Muchas gracias!

Es un lugar muy bonito, sumamente equipado para que no te haga falta nada y te sientas como en casa, el lugar estaba muy limpio y fácil de encontrar. Pude llevar a toda mi familia y mis mascotas y todos se sintieron cómodos. Además el anfitrión me ayudó bastante dejándome entrar un poco antes en el check in

Jillian's home is a gorgeous gem in the rainforest, with a view of the ocean. You will not be disappointed! We felt like we were enjoying a slice of heaven. Fascinating bird songs woke us up in the morning and visited the trees and flowers all day long. The view will delight you while swinging in the hammock, walking in the garden full of aromatic and beautiful flowers, or relaxing on the upper deck. Jillian provided clear directions and instructions for everything. Dominical is such a great little town close to the beach - there was something for everyone in our family. Fresh and delicious local food, smoothies, poolside dining, wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta, Thai, baked goods and a fun brewery nestled in the trees like the Swiss Family Robinson house! We visited several beautiful beaches nearby and found the location perfect for exploring both Marino Ballena and Manuel Antonio National Parks. The Eco Chontales waterfall Jillian recommended is a gorgeous and thrilling destination!

Tuvimos unas vacaciones en familia grandiosas. La casa es tal y cómo se aprecia en las fotos. excelente comodidad para familias grandes. Las habitaciones son grandes. La cocina está 100% equipada y la casa en general cuenta con todas las amenidades posibles. La piscina es grande. Cuenta con buen espacio para parqueo. Espero volver pronto.

My wife and our 12 and 14 year old daughters just had THE most amazing experience at Cielo del Mar. It’s hard to put the property into words that do it justice, and the Innova Team is truly unmatched in their approach to property management and customer service. The beds and linens were amazing, the bathrooms were large and great fixtures, the great room felt like it was connected to the outdoors with the expansive windows, and the deck and pool was AMAZING. The design was so well thought out that it belongs in an architectural magazine. You can’t beat the privacy and then there is the wildlife in your backyard. Capuchin monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and coatis. The location is perfect right in between Manuel Antonio, so you can get the touristy options, and the less touristy, more local appeal of Dominical. Last is the service Innova provides. They know what they’re doing and have considered everything. I’ve never had more helpful group - responses within seconds.

Excelente lugar bastante céntrico…además la casa bastante amplia , acogedora. Un lugar privado, la pasamos muy bien.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Shack. It was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Dominical is such a cute beach town and we were located right near all the good food and shops. The kids loved the pool. Steve was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Dominical or the central Pacific area.

Casa Moonbeam was truly a spectacular place, from the amazing views of the valley and ocean to the beautiful and comfortable house and infinity pool. The management company was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, a quiet and beautiful spot halfway between Manuel Antonio National Park and Nauyaca Falls. It made our vacation in Costa Rica an outstanding one.

¡Cumple lo que promete! Es un apartamento muy amplio, comodo para 4 o 5 personas (nosotros eramos 2 y teníamos espacio de sobra). La cocina muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y mantener tus alimentos. El baño muy amplio y limpio.Tener una piscina privada le suma muchos puntos también. Solo agregar que el dia que vinieron a hacer la limpieza de la piscina también nos limpiaron la cocina, la habitación y cambiaron las toallas. Eso se agradece un monton. En cuanto a la ubicación, está muy cerca del parque nacional ( se puede llegar a pie) y de algunos bares y restaurantes. En general muy grata la experiencia :)

I wasn't aware that the kitchen is shared but it was great! The hosts are really responsive and supportive and didn't have any troubles.

This place was absolutely amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was very clean and the location was super close to restaurants, the beach, the little town, and waterfalls. Each morning, we grabbed coffee and sat out on the porch, listening to the howler monkeys and watching all the birds. I couldn't wait to get up every morning to do that!! It is in a complex, but the neighbors were super friendly, the pool was always available and absolutely beautiful to look at, walk out to and take a dip to cool off. It was a wonderful place to return to after a day out for complete relaxation.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Pool ist super, Küche hat alles was es braucht, Waschmaschine ist praktisch. Mit dem Auto ist alles super zu erreichen.

Pasamos unos días en familia con mi esposo y dos hijas una de ellas bebe. desde el primer mensaje fue colaboradora, con instrucciones claras para la llegada lo cual facilito mucho. La ubicación del lugar excelente, cerca del parque, playas y una gastronomía deliciosa se puede ir en bicicleta al parque y a comprar. El recibimiento excelente todo con indicaciones claras, toso muy limpio ordenado incluso las cortesías de bienvenida. Las fotos son exactas al lugar. Tiene acabados maravillosos y todo lo que uno necesita. Recomendado 100
