Vacation rentals with beach access in Pérez Zeledón

It was nice. The beach was nearby, five minutes by car. This is a good option

Great place to stay. A/C worked great. Neighbors have friendly dogs. Still puppies. There’s also a cat outside very friendly. Easy place to get in and out.

The hostess is very friendly and communicative. The beautiful place, a great view of the sea, very tidy, clean, very quiet, the beautiful nature.

We loved this place! It’s way better than the photos! The plants are beautiful! The pool is lovely and deep. We loved the space! Bathroom is great. We liked where it was downtown Dominical. Easily walkable. We highly recommend this spot! (Busy roads don’t bother us.)

Denis's place is just as described. Very private, feels safe, close to everything in Dominical but tucked away in a small residential area. Easy walk to the beach. We kept our surfboards in the locked property without issue. Rented a car for a few days and did not have issues with parking. The bus was very clean, and had everything we needed for basic cooking on two hot plates. Denia and her husband are kind, very responsive and proactive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this place, it was so beautiful! Had everything we needed and was just stunning!! Definitely stay here!! Would recommend a 4x4 and doing the drive up in the day time !

lovely apartment, beautiful setting, quiet and relaxing. Laundry facilities and pool much appreciated. 15 min walk to National Park entrance, 5 mins walk to bakery and closest cafe. Would happily stay again if in Uvita. Local help from Milena invaluable, she was very responsive

It's a very nice place, highly equipped so you don't need anything and you feel at home, the place was very clean and easy to find. I was able to take all my family and pets and they all felt comfortable. Also the host helped me a lot by letting me in a little earlier at check-in

We had a great family vacation. The house is as shown in the photos. Excellent comfort for large families. The rooms are big. The kitchen is 100% equipped and the house in general has all the amenities possible. The pool is large. It has good space for Parqueo. I look forward to coming back soon.

My wife and our 12 and 14 year old daughters just had THE most amazing experience at Cielo del Mar. It’s hard to put the property into words that do it justice, and the Innova Team is truly unmatched in their approach to property management and customer service. The beds and linens were amazing, the bathrooms were large and great fixtures, the great room felt like it was connected to the outdoors with the expansive windows, and the deck and pool was AMAZING. The design was so well thought out that it belongs in an architectural magazine. You can’t beat the privacy and then there is the wildlife in your backyard. Capuchin monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and coatis. The location is perfect right in between Manuel Antonio, so you can get the touristy options, and the less touristy, more local appeal of Dominical. Last is the service Innova provides. They know what they’re doing and have considered everything. I’ve never had more helpful group - responses within seconds.

Good spot in the middle of town. Check in was seamless and the house was modern and equipped.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Shack. It was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Dominical is such a cute beach town and we were located right near all the good food and shops. The kids loved the pool. Steve was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Dominical or the central Pacific area.

Casa Moonbeam was truly a spectacular place, from the amazing views of the valley and ocean to the beautiful and comfortable house and infinity pool. The management company was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, a quiet and beautiful spot halfway between Manuel Antonio National Park and Nauyaca Falls. It made our vacation in Costa Rica an outstanding one.

very close to Playa chaman there is super and 2 restaurants super nearby and there is also a maxi pali very close. Take note that almost all the beaches are from the National Park and do not allow pets to be carried.

Meets what it promises! It is a very spacious apartment, comfortable for 4 or 5 people (we were 2 and we had plenty of space). The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need to cook and maintain your food. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. Having a private pool adds a lot of points too. Just add that the day they came to do the pool cleaning, they also cleaned the kitchen, the room and changed the towels. That is thankful for a lot. In terms of location, it is very close to the national park (can be reached on foot) and some bars and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience :)

I wasn't aware that the kitchen is shared but it was great! The hosts are really responsive and supportive and didn't have any troubles.

This place was absolutely amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was very clean and the location was super close to restaurants, the beach, the little town, and waterfalls. Each morning, we grabbed coffee and sat out on the porch, listening to the howler monkeys and watching all the birds. I couldn't wait to get up every morning to do that!! It is in a complex, but the neighbors were super friendly, the pool was always available and absolutely beautiful to look at, walk out to and take a dip to cool off. It was a wonderful place to return to after a day out for complete relaxation.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

Very nice and lovingly furnished accommodation. Pool is great, kitchen has everything it needs, washing machine is convenient. Everything is easy to reach by car.

We spent a few days with my husband and two daughters one of them drinks. from the first message I was a collaborator, with clear arrival instructions, which I make a lot easier. The location of the place is excellent, close to the park, beaches and delicious gastronomy you can bike to the park and shop. The excellent reception everything with clear directions, very clean and tidy even the welcome courtesies. The photos are accurate to the place. It has wonderful finishes and everything one needs. Recommended 100
