Spotless, home as described - and a great location for exploring and visiting local wineries. We also appreciated the kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our stay! Hosts were thoughtful and communicative, we were happy with our stay. Lovely view from the back porch. This was not a concern or problem for us, but note the home is on a main throughway (including regular large trucks), if sensitive to traffic noise. Overall, very conveniently located spot.

My husband, one year old, and I stayed here for a long weekend to visit the zoo and the museum of play. This place was perfect for us! The house is spectacularly clean and has everything you need. I love how everything is decorated so nicely and it's very homey. Tons of close restaurants and a beautiful park made this the perfect location. We'd definitely come back to this air BNB if we found ourselves back in the area. Thank you!

The house was very beautiful and cozy. It was a great location to get to many wineries, hiking destinations, and to all three lakes. The house was a perfect size for our annual girls trip with 6 ladies. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

There were a group of us (7 total) everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room. Also ample off street parking.

We enjoyed our stay it was a beautiful time of the year the month of October great foliage. Close to many restaurants and able to walk to main Street in town. It was close to my family. Mike was a good host just a phone call away always there when you needed him.

Ricky and Gabriella were wonderful hosts, they were kind and responsive, and proactive in sharing information and recommendations. Their home is absolutely stunning, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and full of charm. Its location is also ideal, very close to breweries, wineries, coffee shops, walking paths, and Seneca Lake. Honestly one of the best Airbnbs we have had the chance to visit, we wish we could have had a longer stay, and would not hesitate to book again in the future!

The house was conveniently laid out for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a 10 month old with us so the high chair and crib were much appreciated. Door Dash found the house easily too

I loved this place so much! We are definitely going back at some point in the summer for that pool! But everything was perfect and everyone had a great time! The house was so cozy but huge! It felt like we’ve been there forever when we got there, the hot tub was so relaxing especially with the view! I love this place and the driveway isn’t that bad but you will definitely need 4WD! It’s like a fun slow roller coaster lol😂! We also saw a group of turkeys every morning and they were so cute!

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

Great peaceful place to stay while seeing local friends. Comfy inside, garage parking was an awesome plus and our dog absolutely loved the large open yard behind the guest house. The host was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Was exactly what we needed for our weekend!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

This home was absolutely perfect! It’s such a beautiful place, well stocked, and so comfortable! The hosts were amazing and the best stay I have had in the finger lakes! I would highly recommend for anyone coming to the lakes! Beyond amazing!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

We really enjoyed Casey's house. The layout of the house is great. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and quite close to the events we came to the area for. The deck was nice. We had a great stay!

We have stayed in probably over a hundred of different Airbnbs and Adham’s is still the most memorable and impressive one for me. My rating of his place is truly 6 out of 5, and no less than that. Yes, the location is wonderful; yes the townhome itself is great: very clean, very cozy, very homey and very well equipped. Yes, the kitchen has everything you will ever need on your vacation, and yes the heater works perfectly. But what makes the real difference is the host. Have you ever heard of the host who brings you a fresh high quality breakfast because you arrive late and need to leave early the next morning? Have you heard that your host helps your kids to practice piano by simply bringing one over? Have you heard of a host who consistently keeps you in the loop on all relevant local events during your stay? What about all these things together? That’s Adham for you. He goes above and beyond and that’s an underestimation. That made our stay with Adham a real treat.

from the beginning, mary ellen kept in touch, lets us know how to get in, told us right where to park, instructions for wifi and what to do upon checkout were clear cut. ole thank you of towels, and heaters to be used as it did get chilly. lots of room to veg out after fill days out! beautiful and serene views! thank you!

Timothy's place was large enough for our whole family. The twin bedroom was nice for the kids with lots of floor space and the TV. Each of the bedrooms had plenty of space to move around and ample lighting. The 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor was nice. 9 of us stayed and there was no feeling of crowdedness. 2 full baths on the main floor made it easy to manage showers and such. The two living room areas was nice for relaxing and gaming. The huge kitchen space and dining room made it easy to host our group of 16 for breakfast. We found everything we needed to cook and serve the meal. The dishwasher made cleanup easy. The location was great and there is plenty of parking. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the grocery store and restaurants. A 5 minute walk to a lovely farm market. Our family wedding venue was 1.1 miles away. The backdrop of the house is a beautiful tree covered hill which was in full fall colors. Timothy has done a nice job providing welcoming, cozy space.

This cabin is the perfect place to switch off from the world and relax. The lake is beautiful. The cabin is clean and well equipped. James and Renee are lovely people whose main aim is for people to enjoy the experience of staying at their properties. Jamie brought us fish from the river and kitted us out with bikes to save us hiring some. A lovely stay.

Very nice stay at Tim’s camper. Very clean, everything you need, beautiful area of the Finger Lakes, lovely outdoor shower. Tim was very nice and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

After a stressful cross-country move, we needed a place to stay while we looked for a house. Joanne's place was exactly what we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful, but still close to many things. It is a great location, within walking distance of the beach and walking trails. Even though it was freezing most of our stay, I still enjoyed taking walks in the woods at the end of the street. The house itself is very cute and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was clean and stocked for a long stay. Joanne was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Shirley's place was absolutely perfect for our needs! Couldn't get any closer to RIT - right down the road in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen amenities were phenomenal - the best of any place we've ever stayed! Thank you for all the snacks, spices and cookware! Loved making home-cooked meals for my RIT son and his GF. Plenty of clean towels, both kitchen and bath. I also appreciate the quality toilet paper and cleanliness of the house. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my parents (step-stool included) and I stayed upstairs. Everything was just as described, with top-notch communication. Easy access to the house with plenty of parking. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!

Carly is an EXCELLENT host. She was very proactive in always reaching to make sure everything was ok. Her place is absolutely beautiful in a very peaceful setting. The house itself was immaculate and matched the photos listed on the website. I would recommend renting from Carly and I would not hesitate to rent from her again.
