Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

All amenities within walking distance: grocery store, post office, café, tobacco shop, bakery.

Adjacent to the owners' residence, it can accommodate 4 people. La Barboulotte accommodates up to 5 people. Open kitchen to living/dining room. Sofa/bed 140 x 190. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm Extra bed can be made available on request (ideal for 1 child). The upstairs bedroom has a TV with Netflix. Toilet and bathroom with shower.
