Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Perry County

2nd year in a row we have rented from Stephen. Wonderful host that answers questions and is very easygoing. Will rent again.

The house is a walkable distance to the shops and restaurants downtown and to Dickinson College. The house was clean, Anna was helpful, and the backyard was perfect for our dog.

Enjoyed my stay, house was immaculate, nice location, very quiet and Aaron was easy to deal with. Liked everything about it, no negatives at all. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this property for a month and had a wonderful experience. Great location, we felt very comfortable and safe, and, the place is cute; we loved having the US flag by the entrance :) The stairs are a bit steep, but if that is a concern, there is a bedroom downstairs. If we come back to the Harrisburg area again, this will be the property we will want to stay at if available. Thank you Abby (host)!

We were in the area fishing the Susquehanna river. The large driveway/parking area worked out great for maneuvering/parking a full size truck and boat trailer. House was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely remember this place for our next fishing trip in PA!

I have stayed at Jennifer's before and she is super easy to work with, thought of everything for you and we felt right at home. We bring our dogs, so the fenced in back yard is super, and neighborhoods to walk the dogs after dinner. Cozy house, decorated just right for the style of the home. Highly recommend and we hope to stay there again!

For a month and some change, it was what the Fiancée and I needed for our jobs, which take us all over. As someone who works nights, it was nice and as my Fiancée said it is good for someone who works days. So all in all well rounded.

Very clean and comfortable home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It had everything we needed for the week. Snacks were set out for us when we arrived. Kevin was great to work with - communication was good and we had clear instructions and directions. Fenced yard for our small dog was a plus. Overall great experience - we would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a secluded location. Had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Special thanks to Randy the property manager. Super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed. We visited on a snowy and icy weekend and he made sure everything was clean and clear so we could get in and out of the property. Excellent service and it was greatly appreciated.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a weekend. The home is beautiful and in a very peaceful area. Was an awesome time would hope to revisit one day!

Holly was a wonderful host. The place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. And you can’t beat the location, literally a 10 second walk to the turn one gate at Port Royal. We had an A+ experience.

We really enjoyed this place. It was a great location and only 30 minutes from Hershey (which we also visited while there). The house was in a location that felt safe and clean. My daughter and I went for a walk on the sidewalk our first evening there. The back yard is fenced in and when out there you felt as though you were in our own secluded oasis. The house is older and quirky (that we all enjoyed), but has this comfortable charm about it. Our group enjoyed the air hockey table and the pool (even though it was 54 degrees and cloudy) that didn’t keep them from the pool. Brooks reach out before our arrival with check in information and was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again when we visit the area.

the house is very spacious and is conveniently located for Dickinson college. it was very clean, and Stephen allowed us to arrive a bit earlier. The kitchen was well equipped.

Brent was very kind to us. His cottage was beautiful, comfortable and easy to find. There’s a great deck out back and access to the fire pit and lots of seating. The grounds are just beautiful. I hope he’ll have us again!

Stephen was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay in his lovely house. We will hopefully have a chance to come back.

Brenda is an amazing host. She is always taking care of the properties, very responsive and helpful with any and every request I had. The cabin is perfect and situated on a beautiful piece of land overlooking farms and forest…plus a pond to boot! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a country side retreat with an amazing, thoughtful and experienced host! - - - Jason

Excellent location and very comfortable spaces inside and out. Hostess quickly responded to any questions.

This is our second stay at this location and have always found the owner very accommodating and responsive.

Booked a late stay at around 9:30pm and was confirmed within 10 minutes. After full day of driving my fiancé and I were ready to crash for the night. I’ve had some horrible hotel experiences lately for more $$$. I’m a sucker for backroads, living in the sticks and the smell of horse poop. There is a price to pay for privacy, but Brenda’s instructions were super clear and helpful, and EXACTLY as the road presented itself. Brenda left the light on for us and a charged power pack. The scenery was INCREDIBLE! Overall the stay was worth coming back to, and for an incredible price. Thank you Brenda !!
