Carolina' place is beyond description! It is a lovely house situated in Salvacion, Manu, with a view of the river and a plenty of wildlife to make your days unforgettable. The accommodation in tents on a high platform is really comfortable - the mattresses in the tents and the surrounding sounds of nature make for an amazing sleep, and the tables, chairs and hammocks on the deck for wonderful mornings. Shower and toilet are always clean. Carolina herself is a kind and attentive person - we decided to have our breakfasts and dinners at the place and do not regret it at all - she is an amazing cook! Salvacion is a small but lovely town with plenty of small grocery shops, but no ATM, so cash is important. As for trips, Carolina and her husband have a lot of knowledge of local guides, hikes, sight-seeing... etc. so you will be in safe hands! We cannot recommend this place enough!

A beautiful place to disconnect from the city. It has everything you need, is very well maintained and is comfortable. Yamile was kind to us, she even solved a small health problem we had, thank you for everything! We'll be back to this place.

What makes this experience special is 1) the hosts, who make you feel like family and look after you as such, 2) the raw nature of the area adjacent to Paracas National Reserve, 3) the truly basic accommodations of sleeping on air mattresses in a small tent 20 feet from gently lapping waves of the sea, 4) the feeling of an authentic connection with people who care about the environment and generously share the experience with their guests and last but not least, 5) the magnificent taste of organically farmed scallops fresh from the ocean, eaten with a squeeze of lime juice. If you are looking for glamping, don't come here. This is camping in its basic form, except that there is a bathroom which is rustic and clean. If you are looking to connect with nature, the sand, the sea and local people, book immediately!

I give 15 out of 10 points for the warm and wonderful time with Anahi and Luis, their children and dogs. Best food: fresh and varied. Best location: Ocean view Best hosts: Friendly, respectful, heartfelt, humorous Best Tour Guide: Explains all about the scallop farm, the surrounding islands, best boat tour to Isla Blanca I am grateful to have been in paradise for 4 days. If you like nature, the sand of the desert, the salty water of the sea and life like 50 years ago, do not have to shower every day, do not need electricity from the outlet, want to recharge light and colors and Peruvian hospitality, is in good hands here. Amazing stay with Anahi and Luis who welcomes you to their home as if you were family. If you want to have an exceptional and authentic experience, don't hesitate. The place is in the heart of wilderness and far from everything. The tents are comfortable with air mattresses. Luis' cuisine is generous and hearty. Amazing fishing experience. A truly authentic experience when staying in such an epic location as Huacachina. Location-wise tents are on the edge therefore all the party noises were very faint so could retreat and have a good night's sleep.
