Simple, rustic and charming house (studio) on the beach

Casa (studio) rustic and simple, but cozy, 1 minute from the beach (100mt), with wifi, cable and streaming, excellent cost-benefit! An ideal place to rest and enjoy the beach, accommodates couples, families and their pets. Backyard space up to 3 vehicles and 1 inflatable pool (2460 L). The neighborhood has the vegetation of the waterfront preserved, as it is a permanent preservation area. The Piaçaguera River flows into the sea and is 200mts to the left of the house. 500mts indigenous village to the right of the house.

Relax here, comfort and nature. You will be next to the beach, you will arrive in it walking through the dunes when you leave the house, immersed in the largest reserve of Atlantic forest on the planet. Beautiful views of the precious Itatins valley, and its mountains full of forests, full of life. In a small house, whole for you. The property has two other houses, well spaced from each other. Mto Jardim, lawn and we have two friendly puppies and chickens, all in the backyard that is common to the three houses.

Beachfront house on a quiet street. The yard is a piece of the Atlantic Forest without any construction between the house and the sea! There is a trail in the woods to the rocks and at low tide to the beach! With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, the house will stimulate all your senses: The windows offer a beautiful view of the sea! The wind brings a mixture of the sea breeze with the scent of the forest. The sound of waves in the background mixed with cicadas and wild birds will invite you to a delightful nap.

Very spacious new house, huge swimming pool with shallow part for children, waterfall and colored LED, barbecue with oven and wood stove, 3 bathrooms, 1 external, ceiling fans, garage for 3 small cars, pool table, 5 min from shops (all types of shops) Refrigerator in the kitchen and a freezer in the outdoor area. Quiet location, 5 minutes by car to the beach and 15 minutes on foot. ATTENTION Pillows, bed and bath linens, cleaning and hygiene products are NOT available in the house!
