“Our stay at Doc's was perfect while we were looking for places to live in Hattiesburg! Doc was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and explore. We'll definitely return if we're back down in Hattiesburg again before moving or recommend our family stay with Doc while visiting!”
Wood flooring fully furnished and kitchen has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer. This was my dad’s place until he passed.
“Staying at Mary Ann's Granny Pop cottage was homey and felt like we were staying with family. The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It's great that Mary Ann allows dogs because there was plenty of space and green to walk our little rascal. The cottage is essentially a bungalow that's detached from Mary Ann's home. My husband and I only stayed one night as a rest stop during our drive from NYC to Texas. It has everything you need for longer stays including but not limited to a laundry room, linen closet, living room, kitchen, refrigerator with a freezer and a kitchen table. As expected and we knew this coming in––the bedroom is made up of two twin beds that's separated by a dresser. Beds were very comfortable and gave us the much needed rest for our early check out and drive the next morning. One other thing we appreciated but didn't apply to us is that the bathroom is elderly and disability friendly. We made it to Texas safe and sound and we weren't sleep deprived. Thanks again Mary Ann!”
Enjoy the cutest accommodations in town. This 1 bedroom duplex features one queen bed and a charming living room with a pull out queen in the sofa. Great for extended stays, this space includes a front load washer, dryer, and all kitchen essentials. It's perfectly located within walking distance from award-winning nightlife, grocery stores, restaurants, a local favorite record store/coffee shop/cafe, the delicious Shipley's donut shop, and the fantastic Hattiesburg Zoo.
“We were actually unable to stay in the home due to unforeseen circumstances BUT the house was clean and the owners were great about maintaining constant communication. The house was right across the street from the zoo and around the corner from several restaurants. Nice place to stay if you are passing through and need a quiet, clean place to crash.”
