Our home is in beautiful East Hill, located just minutes from the airport, downtown, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. While attached to the main house, the guest suite is it's own private space, with a separate entrance, driveway parking for 2 cars, and your own patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

Old world elegance freshly ironed sheets with all the comforts of the best life has to offer. In the old East Hill historical neighborhood in downtown Pensacola. Close to alot of fun places to eat and drink. All with in walking distance.

Please read our great reviews! Whether you’re visiting Pensacola for business or pleasure, thank you for your interest in our guest house. We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola and a quick 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The house includes driveway parking and your own private fenced in yard.
What guests are saying:“It is a nicely located, clean space to stay. Nice touches. Not overly big, but I was by myself so it was perfect for me. Private, with a gated small front yard that has a patio table if you want to sit outside. I am in healthcare, and am required to take call. It met my needs perfectly. Comfy bed, TV, WiFi, kitchenette with microwave, and hot plate if you want to do some light cooking. And, it was within required distance to work when I got called in. Will definitely make this my first choice when the need arises again. I only hope it’s available when it does. Thanks Dom and Kels.”
