Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house.

Ideal for a peaceful day watching the wildlife on the lake. The fishing from the garden can be really good. Specimen Pike, Zander, Bream, Perch and Roach have all been caught.
