The 800 year old house is located in the main village of the island “Chora “ and it is part of the Venetian Castle – called the Castro, located right on the edge of a high cliff, offering a breath-taking view of the Aegean from it’s two magic sea view verandas. An ideal place to stay as it is the heart of the Village – centrally located – and simultaneously a quite place to stay – as no cars can enter the Castro Area.

Barbara's Place Chora- Folegandros single room

La struttura, piccola e graziosa, è situata in una zona centralissima ma pedonale e tranquilla della splendida Chora; occupa il primo piano di un edificio tradizionale, sopra la rinomata gelateria italiana "Lo Zio” e a pochi metri da taverne, bar e locali tipici. Fermate dell’autobus e imbocchi dei principali sentieri per le spiagge distano pochi minuti a piedi. Le camere, completamente ristrutturate nella primavera 2017, arricchiscono lo stile cicladico con un inconfondibile tocco italiano.

The miller's house

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros. Its location is really special as it is among the old, traditional windmills of the island in a secluded and private spot. What makes the residence ideal is the fact that it is built right on the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! The house can accommodate from 1 to 3 persons in a large and comfortable space offering all the necessary amenities for short or longer stays.

Μικρό παραδοσιακό σπιτάκι στο Κάστρο Χώρας Φολέγανδρου σας περιμένει για να σας εντυπωσιάσει με την υπέροχη θέα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα και στη θάλασσα. Το σπίτι διαθέτει διπλό κρεβατι (140 Χ200), smart tv, wi-fi, κλιματισμό, μικρή κουζίνα με δυο εστίες, θερμοσίφωνα, ψυγείο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, μικρό μπαλκόνι με θεα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα κ στη θάλασσα. Επισης στο σπιτι υπάρχει μπάνιο (ΜΗ ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΜΕΝΟ). Όπως λειτουργούν ολα τα σπίτια του νησιού, υπάρχει εσωτερική αντλία διανομής του νερού.

The cormorant

Built on the beach of Karavostasi overlooking the harbor, ten meters from the edge of the sea, the best for a morning dive. Ready to accommodate up to four people, in the bedroom with two single or one double bed and in the living room-kitchen with the sofa bed. Gazing from the terrace, we will often see the cormorant tearing the water with its long black neck. And in the afternoon we will enjoy our coffee or homemade food there thanks to the equipped kitchen.
