I lost accounts of how many times I stayed in Marcus's space. Since 2020, at least once a year I visit this space in search of peace and I am never disappointed. This time even the birds of the local fauna have appeared to us! The entire base trade is less than 5 minutes away (by car) and even then the site is of odd quietness. An oasis of peace, connection to nature and rest for soul. We will return!

Maria Helena and her daughter received me and my family in a very cordial and hospitable way. The House was delivered impeccable, clean, with bedding with softener and an Easter chocolat. I was going to my brother's wedding, which took place at a place at 251 Isolina de Freitas Pereira Street, 15 minutes from the house. To avoid any problems, I warned before closing the reservation that we were in a group of 7 adults and 2 young children and that it was important for us to be all together. The stay was excellent! The decoration is of very good taste and the environments are super cozy, I felt at home. Fred is a great host, always available and very attentive. The house was very clean, the kitchen super complete and the garden well taken care of. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend!

Our stay was simply perfect! I, my husband and our two puppies were greeted with great affection by Bianca, who is an exceptional hostess. From the welcome card to the smallest detail — everything was impeccable: clean, smelling, super organized environment, and even a coffee tray in the bed with cups that enchanted us right away. I asked if it would be possible to make a lareirinha, because the weather was cold, and they promptly helped us, giving us a pot for it. We bought firewood and spent an unforgettable night, heated by the fireplace, sipping wine and coffee, and enjoying the place with our dogs. It was a welcoming, special experience and we will definitely return. Thank you, Bianca, for everything!

We had a wonderful family experience in the house, which is beautiful and cozy. Mr. Carlinhos was very kind and concerned about our well-being, I am so grateful for his excellent service. We love the house ,Dona Marli super attentive,the accommodations are great ,the girls have fun with games,karaoke and relaxed in the outdoor area in the pool. It was great , we already thought of coming back.

We spent perfect days in the Neuzete house. The house has a very good energy, extremely clean and all the utensils necessary to spend the days. The swimming pool and the gourmet area perfectly served our family. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very spacious, with many beds, plenty of bedding, all the necessary utensils, we take only the towels and bath towels. Jandira served me very well, removed all my doubts. The apartment is close to the shopping center ( car).

What an amazing place! The place has a wonderful structure, the pool is huge, has quiet space for a large group of people, and it has a very wide green area that can be camped as well, the landscape around it seems hand painted so beautiful, me and my guests love the place! It is very close to the center of the city where there is a market, bakery, gas station and much more, I found the location very good in 12 minutes you are already in the market that has everything! It's so cozy and beautiful that it doesn't make you want to leave, we will certainly be back more often. I appreciate the hospitality and the host's proactivity for suggesting contacts of warehouses and snack bars and telling us the local commerce was very useful!

Wonderful stay, amazing house, super clean, fragrant bed and bath linens. Lush greenery, beautiful sunny days and cool nights, no air conditioning needed! Super-equipped kitchen and fresh spices for cooking. Nothing to complain about, just the fact that I had to leave. Oh, be sure to have lunch at the Sol do Vale restaurant, which is after the Ponte Funda waterfall, open on Fridays and weekends, food made on the wood stove of the highest quality, not to mention the service. Simply amazing! The house is a true refuge in the middle of the forest, with total privacy and a wonderful backyard. One of the great highlights is the private waterfall in the backyard — a rare privilege! In addition, the main waterfalls of the region are only 3 and 6 minutes by car, which makes it much easier for tours. The house was super clean, as was the pool, which shows the care for maintenance. The host, Márcio, was excellent from start to finish — super attentive, communicative and flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made all the difference in our stay. No doubt I will return! A unique experience of connecting with nature, comfort and tranquility.

Luciano was very kind, always communicating with us when necessary and concerned with welcoming us in comfort. The house was extremely clean, I venture to say that it was the cleanest airbnb house I've ever stayed on (and it's been more than 30 homes over the years). Everything works properly and very clean. The external space is beautiful, also very well equipped, with refrigerator, freezer, table, chairs, sink and a great grill (which, by the way, we use). The pool is huge and was very clean. In short, the house is beautiful, airy, well equipped, clean, with good beds and with an excellent host. I hope to rent it again until the end of our postgraduate degree.

Our stay was great. We were very welcome, even arriving late on the day of check in. Uva was always available. o The place is wonderful, corresponds exactly to the listing. The children loved being in the middle of nature and the fenced yard was perfect for the puppy.

Simone is an amazing person who answers you quickly and the house is impeccable, super complete, leaves nothing to be desired. many children's toys and adult games, bedding and etc... extremely clean, very well organized and clean house. Isadora was excellent since the reservation, it has always been accessible and flexible. The house is according to the description and the photos are faithful to the property, which is quite spacious, great for those who have children. The house is well-equipped and there were basic products available, such as the coffee powder I forgot to take rs. My husband loved the coffee maker, I will even buy one of the same model for my house rs. Anyway, I have stayed at other times in Petrópolis, but always in a hotel, however, we opted for airbnb this time and it was very good, because my children and my nephew stayed together and played the whole time. Our stay was great.! We passed the quiet Carnava uml. Leonardo was a great host, always responding quickly. The refrigerators were not chilling very well and quickly he sent a person to fix it and the problem was resolved. We liked it very much.

Second time I rent and already feel at home! A warm and excellent atmosphere to share with family and friends. Like last time, the cleaning of the house was impeccable. If you like to cook, the large and complete kitchen of utensils brings everyone together. We hired the Lurdinha, super friendly, who helped us a lot by cleaning and giving that help in the kitchen. Delicious food! André too, I always request, goes there every day and leaves the pool area impeccable. Carlos is a great host and makes us very comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

The house is super spacious and cozy! The location is 16 minutes from the Center and at the same time surrounded by tranquility and nature! Penha was very attentive and courteous! We were prepared for a rainy weekend but with the crazy weather we're experiencing, the sun was in full swing and Penha was exceptionally welcoming and proactive!
