My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The space is decorated in a historic castle style. However, they also provide full comfort for families with children. Convenient location allows you to realize starry trips ( Bratislava, Pezinok, Modra, Trnava, Bradlo, Piešťany, Seneca lakes, Driny caves...)In summer, bathing, hiking, biking, agritourism. In winter skiing on the ski slopes ( Zochova chalet, Pezinská baba).There is a large landscaped property with barbecue facilities. We have a pony Arthur, a dog, and a cat. Parking in the yard.

Je ideálnym miestom pre rodiny s deťmi a všetkých, ktorí hľadajú pokoj, krásnu prírodu a množstvo aktivít pre celú rodinu. Okolie ponúka možnosti pre aktívny oddych aj relaxáciu, turistiku či cyklistiku. Na skok od chaty nájdete lyžiarsky svah, aj detské ihrisko, ktoré poteší najmenších hostí. V blízkosti je aj Hotel Zochova chata, ktorý ponúka špičkový wellness.

Rybníček, comfort in the middle of nature

Dear guests, we are not renting Rybníček at the moment, we would gladly welcome you again from May. ”Rybníček” is a cozy small apartment in a private forest setting surrounded by beautiful nature of Pezinská baba, 15 minutes from Pezinok city and 40 minutes from Bratislava. Rybníček was reconstructed by my parents who live there all year long, together with their dogs, cats and several chickens :) We rent only one part of the house, so you are the only guests when staying at Rybníček.

Slovak cottage in the Carpathians near Bratislava

The traditional Slovak cottage from the 1960s has a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a shared kitchen with equipment, a gas stove with oven. Shared bathroom with shower and separate shared toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with three double beds and extra beds. More sleeping possible in the living room. Each room also has separate electric heating. Electromagnetic smog negligible. There is also an outdoor gazebo with outdoor seating and a natural fireplace.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
