Your kitchen has a full size sink, an induction stove, fridge, with all your cookware, dishes. New bath with tub.

Beyond the property, past the energized deer protection fence, there is a Duke Power easement and a ravine. There is ample, well-lit parking and a fenced dog yard. A small seating area faces the cottage under the shade of a dogwood tree. Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. Additional fees will be charged for violation of this rule.

Very spacious with patio furniture for extra relaxation! You can also enjoy the community pool and gym. This space is NOT shared. Guests have the entire space to themselves.

Piedmont Triad Airport in Greensboro is 35 minutes away. ***ALLERGY ALERT*** I do have the house professionally cleaned but dogs and cats do stay here occasionally.

This cottage is a great place to come relax! We are close to a few wineries and breweries. Come enjoy the peaceful property by the outdoor fire pit and patio. Please note we have a stove and toaster oven but not a oven.
