Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

The small town is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhn" days with a good distant view of the Bavarian mountains. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a listed Rottaler farmhouse, - an organic farm with goats, cats, sheep etc. has about 50 square meters and access to the balcony. Beautiful garden with pond in front of the door. Absolutely quiet location. Parking is available.
