Townhome vacation rentals in Philippines

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

This place is really worth the price. Our stay was great. It can really accomodate a big group (we are 16 guests and 1 infant). Marami pang space at hindi talaga kayo magsiksikan sa place nila. In fact, nakakapaglaro pa nang taguan yung mga bata sa place nila without disturbing the adults having a rest. This place is a great deal kung maramihan kayo.

I really liked this airbnb in Cebu. I liked the location, it feels safe and has two convenience shops right around the corner. Easy to get a grab and go where you need to from here. It was cozy for our family of 3 adults and 3 little kids.

It would be nice to have the kitchen stocked either utensils/storage boxes, sharp knives, pots, etc. Also would have been nice to have a washing machine.

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

Our stay was beyond what we expected. The place is clean and Aileen was well accommodating. If you need a place in Angeles City, near to almost everything, like restaurants, banks, atm, etc. I would recommend this place.

Imagine stepping into a place that feels like a warm hug from Mother Nature herself—minus the awkward eye contact. This Airbnb was exactly that. Cozy. Rustic. The kind of place that whispers, “Shhh… forget Manila exists for a bit,” and suddenly you’re breathing easier, hearing birds and crickets instead of honking horns and existential dread. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a sense of familiarity—like I was back in our old home in Rabaul, PNG. For a couple of precious days, I was grounded. And not in the “you’re grounded, young lady” way—but in the “oh wow, I’m actually present in the moment and not checking email” way. It’s the kind of home that reminds you of what matters: time with family, the smell of wood, the quiet hum of crickets at night, and the subtle realization that Wi-Fi doesn’t cure burnout. To the hosts—thank you for letting us into your home, because that’s what it truly felt like. A home.

The host was so kind and answered fast. The house was so cozy and cleaned. The house was little bit far from the Alona beach, but it the host let me know how to get there as pictures that it was fine. Near by the house, there were 2 good restaurants. It was around 150 peso to get to the Alona beach from the house that it was reasonable. There were enough slivers and plates that we could enjoy the meal with the family.

This place was easy to find, the guards were nice. The house was also nice, everything was clean and feels right at home. The beds are soft, all the linens are newly cleaned, and all other amenities are complete. The host is very accommodating, always available like 24/7. Ms. Khim replies so faaast and it's easy to talk with her about anything or any inquiry. Appreciate the host a lot! Thank you and if I'll ever be back, I'll choose this place again.

Mados was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The unit was very clean and spacious and very easy to navigate to and from. Appreciate everything and we will definately contact Mados again when we need a place to stay in Binàn. Thanks Again for Everything.

The place gives off very classy and comfortable vibes. It looks even better in person, and the style is truly to my liking—it’s so aesthetic. Every room is air-conditioned, including the living room. The appliances are complete and fully functional, making it highly recommended for those planning to cook instead of ordering food. Above all, the owner is very humble and accommodating.

Im glad to have found Ellen’s place in Lucena City. I will not think twice to book it again when I come back for a long stay. Good location as it is near SM mall - where you can buy groceries and eat in restaurants. The kitchen was filled with the basic stuff (mineral water, milk, fruits & frozen food in the fridge, and even at least 5kgs of rice!). These, and gallons of purified water, as well as the toiletries were refilled every week, or upon request. No extra charge for the consumption! There was weekly cleaning too. The caretaker Ms Aiza (Ellen’s niece) is easy to contact and very accommodating with our requests, especially that I brought my baby during the trip. They provided us with baby tub, bottle cleaners, extra lamps and chairs. Ms Aiza was also generous to drive and drop me off daily to the city center. They also provided a water cooler in the living room so that we can be more comfortable. Happy with our stay, felt at home. The hosts were very empathetic with guests.

Tina the caretaker was great she was very helpful and accomodating. The only thing I found odd was the towels we were 5 in total but was only given 2 piece of bath towel to use no of a big deal but its still not usual. house was clean though and its peaceful.. overall we had a great stay

Everything’s perfect except we had to wait around 20 minutes at the guard house because their office didn’t inform the guards about the additional person we added.

Our family of five had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. We were originally booked at a different unit, but it was cancelled last minute due to a water supply issue. Thankfully, Ms. Aileen came to the rescue and truly saved our vacation. Her place was perfect—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The nearby stores and mall made everything convenient, from dining to shopping. Our kids especially loved the pool. It was calm and safe, and they had such a great time swimming and playing in a very family-friendly environment. What made our stay even more special was Ms. Aileen’s kindness and hospitality. She provided a full supply of drinking water for our family, along with free coffee and toiletries. She also took the time to guide us on where to buy our needs. we're so greatful for her warm welcome and the smooth and fast transaction. we would love to stay again. highly recommended💯

Ken's property is a nice escape on top of the mountain. Central location to the tourist destinations if you have a mode of transport. Ken and his wife made travel arrangements for us to and from the airport.

Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.
