Townhome vacation rentals in Philippines

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

we had a really great experience here! the house was the perfect size for our big group and the kitchen was stocked well with equipment we needed. hosts were also very helpful and friendly. would definitely recommend this place for big groups and consider staying here again. thank you so much! 💖

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

Thank your for hosting us. Your house is very clean and comfortable, although the bathroom is a little dated). The free sourdough, peanut butter, bananas, eggs and champorado are a pleasant addition to our stay. It definitely made it feel a lot more homier. We'll be back.

For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! Our stay from March 15-17 was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, everything went smoothly, thanks to the clear instructions from the host. We were just visiting for one night, but everything went very well! We really enjoyed the accommodation, with everything we needed and slept well. Alice helped us a lot with qrriver and leave, it was great!

Such a cozy and inviting spot, just perfect for relaxing. Everything was right there at your fingertips, no need to worry about a thing. The host and caretaker were so helpful and friendly, really made you feel welcome. It felt like a home away from home, with all the comforts you could ask for. Definitely a place to remember and revisit someday.

The place gives off very classy and comfortable vibes. It looks even better in person, and the style is truly to my liking—it’s so aesthetic. Every room is air-conditioned, including the living room. The appliances are complete and fully functional, making it highly recommended for those planning to cook instead of ordering food. Above all, the owner is very humble and accommodating.

My friends and I had a great stay at the place! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The host was super helpful and made check-in easy. I especially loved various game provided and the karaoke. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Azalea Staycation! Ms. Aileen was a fantastic host, very responsive, accommodating, and clear in setting our expectations. She guided us well, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is really nice and clean, located in a quiet and secured community. It’s just a short walk to Walter Mart and only a few minutes’ drive to Enchanted Kingdom, which was the main reason we booked here. After a long and tiring day at the park, it was so convenient to have a comfortable place nearby to rest. My kids enjoyed playing the available board games. Thank you, Ms. Aileen, for allowing us to stay in your home! We truly appreciated it.

Ken's property is a nice escape on top of the mountain. Central location to the tourist destinations if you have a mode of transport. Ken and his wife made travel arrangements for us to and from the airport.

I was early to the apartment and the caretaker was gracious and let us in early. Whenever I needed anything, they were quick to respond by text. The AC was great and made the difference to cool off during this hot time of year. Thanks so much for everything!

It was a wonderful trip...the host is very responsive and ready to accomodate all our requests. Indeed the caretakers are very accomodating and friendly. The house itself are clean and tidy specially the rooms and bathrooms. I strongly recommend it especially for big groups.
