Vacation rentals with breakfast in Phocis

We loved our stay at Sinai’s place. The view from the Balconey is amazing. The place is beautifully decorated. Sini arranged for free parking right outside the front door. Homemade olives, cake, and cordial were provided along with breakfast food. The nearby Sanctuary of Apollo is magnificent. Sini and father were vert friendly. Highly recommended! ,

Paris was a wonderful host. The view from her home of Delphi and the sea was the most beautiful view we have had in all our travels, which we enjoyed from the spacious terrace. Paris had eggs, butter, jam and bread available for us which we greatly appreciated due to our early departure. The space was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. If we ever visit this area again, we will stay here! 15 out of ten stars! Part of what makes the view so exquisite is that it is very high up. Be prepared to climb the 70 stairs. Completely worth it! Well this apartment is really something exceptional!! It’s modern, smart, masterfully designed, beautifully appointed - above and beyond - , efficient, and overall immaculate. It has comfort, style, and quality. Fantastic bed, bathroom, aircon, sofas, and masses of cupboard space. To have a little balcony overlooking St George Square is a real plus. The exterior shutters were really good too as the flat faces east. The flat has the best location to walk around Patras. Andreas greeted us and was justifiably proud to show us around this gorgeous place! His generous welcome gifts were delicious! As it was our first time in Patras, Andreas gave us lots of great information and suggestions. A really terrific host in every way. We wish we could have stayed more than three nights!! Thank you thank you Andreas! We will be back for sure!!

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. We enjoyed our stay, the apartment had an amazing view and was in an excellent location. when we couldn't find the car parking but Effie came and found us. Effie was amazing and had left home made cake in the kitchen as well as lots of fresh food.

Clean and well decorated. Balcony was also pretty nice. It is not at the city center but that was our preference. So much better than the apartments in patras center. If you have car you can easily access the near locations.

Ioannis was very accomodating- we only booked a few hours prior as our other AirBnB had not responded after 20hrs. Gorgeous little studio in a postcard perfect village. All the little touches and breakfast made the stay even more special. Thank you Ioannis for hosting us!

We couldn’t ask for more. Great property offering a wide range of amenities making us feel like home. Views are even better than the listing photos and the whole flat was sparkling clean. We would definitely stay again as the host was excellent.
