A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

The house was spotless the view incredible we will definitely prefer it again for our future holidays Mrs. Theona very communicative suggested very nice places to visit very quiet and family place for the absolute relaxation

This is an absolutely delightful place to stay and the host is a wonderful person who genuinely cares for her guests. It’s located in a stunning hillside village a short drive from key historical sites. If you’re hiring a car to get to this location don’t hire a big vehicle, the village streets a super tight and some are very steep! 100% recommendation!!

“Great” sounds a little to describe the space. From the best stays we've ever stayed, and at this price level,definitely the best. Spotless and very beautiful. The photos don't do it justice, it's actually much better. The friendly, courteous but very discreet host has organized the space in every detail and has provided for every need. In every corner of the space the day is overflowing and the organization is very visible. More generally the feeling that leaves you in two words is that someone very yours, left you the keys to their house to stay some days. The location is beautiful and the access is very easy. Great in every way. It's one of the homes you leave and you're sure you'll be back at the first opportunity

Excellent view, you can see the sea almost from every window of the house! The house is very clean, a few steps from the restaurants and the market. We definitely recommend it!

Everything's great, just like last time. Location with unlimited views of a square, 10 minutes walk from the city center, cleanliness, aesthetics, flexible check-in and checkout hours, kind host. I don't change it…

Extremely comfortable home . Very quiet and warm , you feel like you are on your own. Inside the house there is everything you can need . The space is very beautiful with what I stand out to be the bench with the high stools in the middle of the house, very beautiful decor and convenient . Smart tv with antenna of course , the balcony super comfortable for either night or day . It also has rgb led lighting that falls nicely on the relief . In general, it's so warm and convenient that you'll love it, I highly recommend it

It was a lovely, peaceful accommodation. A friendly host and nice restaurants are within walking distance. In addition, exactly between the beach and the city.

Beatiful and spacious apartement!

The apartment was just like in the photos. The center of Patras is less than 10 minutes and the stop is just below the apartment building.

Very comfortable, clean and pleasantly decorated apartment in the city center facing the sea. Well-equipped kitchen area. We hold that the bed and sofa bed are particularly comfortable!

good little accommodation, properly equipped, with a beautiful terrace, in a quiet area. I was only visiting Lamia but it suited me perfectly.

In the appartment there was everything we needed. Kostas was really friendly and helpful and he also gave us lemons and mandarins from the trees. The Kirra area is peaceful and quiet in the end of march. Nearby there is foodmarket, vegetable/fruitstore and bakery. And more in Itea (about 2 kilometers). You can walk along the coastal way/path all the way to Itea. And what a view!!!

A beautiful, spotless apartment in a neighborhood by the sea full of cafes/ bistro/ restaurants within walking distance (on foot) from the center of Nafpaktos. Spiros is one of the most hospitable owners' he kissed us chocolates and tsoureki upon arrival and always responded when we called him for something. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Nafpaktos and I really think those who have young children like us will love it! Thank you so much Spiros for your great stay and hospitality!

Everything was super, clean (which for me is the number one), a little small for 4 people but not uncomfortable, big bathroom, it had everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Third year in a row that we choose for our stay and it's not a coincidence at all. Great location, super clean and comfortable house.

Stefanos’ house really felt like home! The hospitality was great and so heartful. The apartment was more than convenient. Mrs Mary was so welcoming and overall incredible! The neighbourhood is really quiet but also extremely safe. Thank you, I would definitely come back!
