DC Upscale Condo I had an incredible stay at this upscale condo in North Scottsdale! The location is absolutely perfect—just a couple of minutes from Barrett-Jackson, the Phoenix Open and minutes from beautiful desert hiking trails, and to an indoor pickleball facility. With plenty of local restaurants and events nearby, everything you need is right at your fingertips. The condo itself is stylishly updated and has all the convenient amenities you could ask for. Being on the first floor made it super accessible, and the peaceful patio and bedroom views of the desert landscaping created such a relaxing atmosphere. The host was fantastic—communicative, friendly, and available anytime I had a question. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated stay in Scottsdale

I be loved this place! It’s very secure and safe from the outside world. The landscaping is Frank Lloyd Wright style and just amazing. The high end finishes in the unit make you feel like a movie star! I would recommend this place to anyone, it’s beautiful!

Great place to stay when in Phoenix. Nice neighborhood; quiet, but close to everything you need. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend. And host Eugene was easy to reach, and helpful with any questions we had.

The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. Furniture and spaces were very comfortable. Host was very responsive and moved quickly to resolve a problem with the coffee-maker not working -- a new one was delivered the morning after we reported the issue. The community was quiet and safe and we enjoyed the nearby hot tub.

I stayed at this place during the WM Open. It was very convenient to walk to and from the TPC golf course. The only word of advice I would share is that much of the area uses designated pick up spots for any ride share apps and the drivers were confused at times. This is NO fault of Eric or the unit, but more and issue from the ride share companies. Great place and hope to stay there again!

We only stayed for a night but we would stay longer. The apartment has everything you would need and could think of, we definitely didn’t need to bring anything but clothes to wear. It was very clean which really made us feel at home. Very close to the airport and close to tempe. Parking spot in the garage was also a great plus.

Stayed three nights in late January. Very responsive host. Checking was easy and instructions were great. Note that the apartment in on the second floor and you will have to carry your items a flight of stairs. Place is practically new and in great condition. The main bedroom had a large walking closet with 15 hangers. Washer and dryer was handy. The gym in the complex was very nice, had 3 ellipticals, 4 treadmills, 2 stationery bikes, and a rower-similar to a concept one). There were multiple weight training machines, free weights, kettlebells; TRX, and mats. Parking is outside and covered. Host was very responsive and was on top of any problems. Very good value for the stay.

You can see by all the thoughtful amenities and features in this home that the hosts are wonderful people. From the pool, to the kitchen, to the game room, the place was set up for fun and relaxation. Also, the backyard looks out on the beautiful dessert which makes a serine backdrop from which to enjoy morning coffee or tea. Will definitely return.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and had many different areas to relax or play. Our daugher loved the secret movie room and still asking to go back. Easy to get to anything in the Phoenix area and easy for DoorDash or delivery. We definitely hope to come back!

This is a great airbnb! The the house were very accommodating and very responsive. They Airbnb was very clean and had all the amenities that were posted in the description. The pool was a great touch.

Great time with the family at Joe’s place. Great place for 2 families. Backyard is so fun. House is cool, too. Joe was very quick to respond when we couldn’t get the movie room projection TV to work. 5 min later we were enjoying football and movies. Would stay again. Cheers!

We stayed at Jessica's place during the Thanksgiving week. We were 4 adults and 1 toddler. This home is roomy, feels good and is modern with all amenities you can think of. The playroom on the bottom floor was a huge huge hit with the toddler, she sat in there and played and played. Jessica was super responsive. We have family in the area and they visited us and that backyard was a hit with the 5-10 year olds - massive space for them to run around. Location is the best - right off the 101 and very close to the Cardinals stadium. We had a blast at Topgolf, Chicken & Pickle, Popstroke and shopped the outlets, you don't have to go far to have a great time.

The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, easily handling all 15 of us. The house was very spacious and absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect setting to create lasting memories with family during our reunion. The hosts’ willingness to go the extra mile was the icing on the cake. What an unforgettable experience—thank you!

I had a great stay at this location and would book this property with Tina again. My one tip for future patrons is to be thorough when reading the instructions (look at all the photos) on how to check in. All the information you need is there but it is a little hidden. We arrived at midnight and had trouble checking in as there isn't a security guard at that hour. We eventually found the instructions needed to check in. The rest of the stay was great.

We have stayed at a number of Airbnb's in Scottsdale in the past, but this was the best one ever! It was very clean, very well-stocked with everything we needed, and was spacious and lovely. So nice to have a full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry room, and two TV's with lots of viewing options. The bathrooms had been recently updated and we loved the walk-in showers with non-slip shower floors in both. The loft bedroom with spiral staircase was a big hit with our two granddaughters for an overnight visit. (And they enjoyed playing several of the games provided too. ) The location on second floor provided privacy and a very quiet stay. And it was close to our son's home as well as grocery stores and other shopping. Thanks to our hosts for providing us a lovely place to stay while visiting Scottsdale! We hope to return on future trips.

Brad is an exceptional host. His communication skills are excellent, and the rental was clean and matched the description. Brad's proactive thinking and quick responses to text messages, regardless of the situation, were impressive. I would definitely rent from him again and trust him completely.

This was the perfect space to hang out while I was in town visiting my daughter. Easy to find. Craig was great. Smooth check in and check out processes.

Great place and location.

Had a great stay and hope to stay again. The townhome was exceptionally clean, well equipped and the garage parking is a real plus. Easy walk to the restaurants and shopping.

We loved our stay, and this was the perfect location! Dining, entertainment, and shopping are within walking distance, and several hiking hotspots are just a short drive away!
