Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Η Villa Maria βρίσκεται στην Δροσιά Χαλκίδας σε οικόπεδο ενός στρέμματος γεμάτο απο τα πολύχρωμα λουλούδια, τις λεμονιές και τις μανταρινιές της Γιαγιάς Μαρίας. The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.
