Apartment vacation rentals in Phú Nhuận

I enjoyed my stay as I felt welcomed once I booked the Airbnb, and my stay was really comfortable. There was no struggles with checking in other than questions that were answered helpfully. Will come back again.

The place is easy to find. From there you can reach a lot, e. B Phan xích Long Street, numerous cafes, restaurants..., Tân sơn nhứt Airport, Tân định Market, Saigon Market, etc... The room is large enough. The bathroom is clean. The hallway is well equipped: washing machine, dryer, kitchenette, microwave. It's nice if there was a toaster too. In general, I am very satisfied. I'd love to come back.

We chose close to the airport, but amazingly got into a very cozy apartment. There is a washing machine, a very soft bed, everything is thought through to the smallest detail and we had a very pleasant time there. Like, recommended

A great place to stay

We love My Nghi’s place so much that we returned. It felt like home. All the issues we had previously were rectified. All you have to do is contact the host. Bedrooms: spacious with a T.V. in each room. The main room with a projector and ensuite. Bathrooms: spacious and clean. Kitchen: has everything you need to cook. It’s clean, modern and spacious. Lounge: spacious with a comfortable big couch. Location: right next to a grocery store and 24/7 convenience store full of snacks and drinks. If the heat is not too bad, you could walk down the road to local restaurants to eat. If it’s too hot, you could use Grab like us. Safety: We felt very safe with a 24/7 security man at the door. They’re so friendly too! We accidentally left the door unlocked once and nothing got stolen. Overall it was an amazing stay. We all had a great time and can’t wait to return to My Nghi’s place. Our home away from home. Thank you for letting us stay until 5pm for free due to a very late flight! ❤

The hosts were incredible! They were very responsive and helpful to all my inquiries. They made sure our check-in and arrival were smooth by giving out comprehensive instructions on how to get to their place. The place was very spacious, homey, and clean. We had no issues with anything at all except for the bathroom door which was hard to close but that's just a minor issue. Overall, we were very comfortable at their place since they made it feel like home.

I stayed here for the 2nd time in little more than a year. 1. Location -very close to the airport and yet also close to other districts of interest, keeping you away from the touristy district 1. 2. Locality - Right on a main road. Very easy to get a grab at the doorstep within a few minutes. 3. Apartment - studio with the ones on higher floors with beautiful balcony views. 4. Amenities - all the listed amenities were available, no issues. 5. Host - Michel and his team are very responsive and help you with everything within a matter of minutes. The door lock of my apartment had a small issue, he came himself within 15 minutes and resolved it. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Saigon. It will remain my first choice to stay whenever I am back in town!

While their rooms are normal full, it almost gives the feel as you are the only one there. Very occasionally to run into any other guests in the elevator or lobby. other than a check in. great location. only 15-20 from airport. Staff is very proactive on cleaning room and any laundry needed gets their full attention. I have nothing but good words for the team there. Any messages I have sent typically gets a response within the hour. Respective group to say the least.

Trang's place was as described in the listing and my experience was seamless. Trang's parents were so welcoming and always available for questions. The studio was neat and comfortable. Provided ammenities like bottled water, toiletries, and laundry were a huge plus! The location is overall as good as it can get in Saigon with easy access to District 1 and its surrounding districts. There are also food streets nearby within walkable distance. Overall, this has been one of my best AirBNB experiences and will definitely look for Trang's listing again if I am in the area.

Minh Hue is very helpful. The studio is great and affordable. Awesome amenities. There is even a washing machine in the balcony even though we didn’t have a chance to use it during our short stay. Talking about the balcony, one can get a great view of the city from there. The Landmark 81 building can be seen on the left. We’d love to stay there again. Note: send them copies of your passports ahead of time. We forgot to do that so the checkin took a bit longer.

A great deal for the space and location! Easy to order grab quickly. Make sure to carefully follow the check in instructions as the building can be a bit confusing with multiple entrances. Ben checked in with us frequently to make sure we we’re doing okay! Super responsive. We needed a second key card (the previous guests lost the second card) and the team was able to quickly have one made and available for us the next day. Thank you!

Great place on the canal. Thao and Jeremy are amazing hosts. They're always friendly, always responsive, and always helpful. The neighborhood is filled with great food, scenery and it's centrally located. Their beer bar downstairs is top notch.

I decided to stay in that apartment because of its location. Overall, everything was pretty good, but what I appreciated the most was how the team was always in touch. That level of communication really stood out to me

We had an amazing stay here and the place is very cozy. The entrance was small and we took awhile to locate our airbnb plus there was couple flights of stairs which was quite challenging bringing up and down the luggages that we had but overall amazing place! 💯

This is my second time staying at Minh & Jenny's apartment. The room is located on a quiet and charming street, with cafés and restaurants nearby. There’s even a café right downstairs. Traveling to tourist attractions in District 1 is easy—it’s just a 15-minute Grab ride away. The entrance to the house is spacious, making it convenient for taxis to park right in front. There is a private bathroom, which, although located outside the bedroom, still offers great privacy. There is also a laundry nearby with very cheap fees. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay, perfect for groups! The location is ideal, with a wide variety of amazing food spots just a short walk away. Alice was an exceptional host, offering clear instructions and thoughtful local recommendations that really enhanced our experience. Highly recommend!

Quoc was very helpful to us. He & his wife are nice people. He has a coffee shop downstairs and they sell really good coffee! We will definitely stay here again. He would always attend to our needs and even point out some local shops/restaurants that we should try which made our trip easy! We stayed at his place for 2 weeks and its been a great experience. Our only issue was the water pressure from the shower, its not that strong which makes shower time a bit longer and the placement of the shower head is also low since I’m tall. I also wish that the bath tub will also be thoroughly cleaned because there are some dried dusts on the surface. But overall, we are happy to have found Quoc’s place and we will definitely stay here in again! Highly recommend!

This place is exactly as described and in a great location. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops in such a short distance. very peaceful. Our host was so friendly and quick to respond to our enquiries during our stay. highly recommend!

My favorite Airbnb stay so far: Everything was clean, neat and elegant luxurious. All staff members from the reception to the cleaning lady were very kind, helpful and so lovely! The pool on the 8th floor is well maintained and perfectly sized, ideal for a comfortable quiet get away. Would love to come back anytime - thank you for the great experience!

Great modernized place to stay. 24/7 7 eleven nearby for convenience. Would stay again if in the city.
